Doctors and receptionists are all lovely and very friendly. I will always come back to this clinic. They also have a supportive Manager and Nurse. Good service overall. Thank you.

I visited this place a month ago due to work needing a medical certificate for my day off,
This place had after hours walk in so I was able to see DR Mohammad Rahman.
As I sit down at home with tears in my eyes, I can not begin to say how thankful I am that I got to see this doctor.
He saved my life!!!!
The first Dr to finally listen to my concerns and guide me on the path to fixing it.
I’m 1 month into treatment at a different medical centre because it’s near my house and I left my job purely to focus on my health.
If it wasn’t for him I would have collapsed at work or not been diagnosed properly.
It’s a rough journey for recovery but I’m grateful our paths crossed and you helped me out.

5 stars for the lovely Asma at Reception, who always welcomes with a smile, is extremely helpful and has such a positive and kind attitude. Karla In Pathology who is efficient, nurturing and experienced and Dr Sadia who's attention to detail and expertise provides me with all the confidence I need. These attributes exceed my expectations and more. It's because of these three, I return time and time again and happy to call this my local medical centre.

Always had extra ordinary wonderful experience with Dr.SADIA RAHMAN. What a brilliant and humble doctor she is. She always listens to the concern in detail. Along with providing advice on medication, she also communicates with the patients and respond to their concerns in the best way. Best doctor to get treated from!!

I’m not local but was visiting with friends in the area and my 8yo daughter had a fall and split her leg. It was nearly 10:00pm at night so options were limited. I searched for a GP that was still open and found Excelsior Family Medical Centre. I called and the receptionist confirmed that the centre was open and she was helpful with a few basic questions. I took my daughter over, filled in the paperwork, and for the first time got to sit still. I noticed the rating was 2.5 stars and started reading the reviews. I started to stress out as I didn’t check the reviews in the hurry of everything going on. A short while later Dr Forouz Rostamian called us in and not having any other options, I decided to cautiously see how things went. I was delightfully surprised with how well Dr. Forouz took care of my daughter. She was fantastic! My daughter needed stitches and Dr Forouz carefully talked her through the process and took good care of her.

I get the impression there are a lot of different staff at different times so it is possible the negative feedback is valid, but in our case the receptionist and doctor were both great. Thank you Dr Forouz for taking good care of my family!

Dr Haneen is full of empathy and great advice. She is a lady doctor. The front staff were helpful when making appointment with specialist.

Been going to this medical centre for a while now, very happy with the service I receive each time. Staff are wonderful and very polite a lot of them go out of their way for patients! Doctors and nurses are experienced and I never wait long if I make a booking prior. 5 stars
