Loved it! It was my first time trying taco Bell and I fell inlove!

Blacktown Taco Bell blew my mind. To be frank I wasn’t expecting much. But here are the reasons you should not believe what others say about Taco Bell.

1: Astounding customer service. The lady at the front counter was so enthusiastic I couldn’t believe it.

2: Flavoursome and everything you want in Mexican fast food. I ordered almost one of everything on the menu. I thought the food would be bland and of low quality. I was wrong.

3: The open kitchen. Most fast food joints do not have an open kitchen. You can sit in front of the kitchen which has a huge glass window for all to see how their food is being prepped.

4: Due to having a space which is open and everyone can see you. The kitchen and the shop is pristine.

Ordered the Crunchwrap supreme meal. Don’t expect too much since it’s fast food but i found it to be a hearty and satisfying meal. Taco Bell sauce comes in tiny packets but gives it extra flavour. I enjoyed the extra crunch of the crispy taco shell within the wrap.

I had a very unpleasant experience ordering from this Taco Bell through menulog… to the point where I had to drive back to the store for my order to get fixed. Luckily
Makayla and Lara know all about customer service and were able to quickly turn a dissatisfied customer into a happy one.

Finally made it out here! As an American, when I heard Taco Bell was coming to Australia I’ve been counting down the days until I could go. Definitely worth the drive! Got my back-home usual and it didn’t disappoint. Something I thought was interesting was the quesadillas were a lot spicier than back home and was with jalapeños and I think in the US it’s with some sort of chilli. Now when can there be a Taco Bell closer to the city???

New store. Lots of staff. Dining area could be cleaned more frequently. Food good. Prices reasonable.

Cheesy G Taco. Delicious!! Specially if eaten with hot sauce. I am already full with a single serving.

Olivier had great servise. He was very polite and calm as well as quick with the servise while taking the order. Great experience ☺☺

Taco Bell needs to be all over Sydney already; an American staple that deserves to be as prevalent as Maccas or KFC.

Great options, beautiful set up, love the food taste only staff smiles missing.

Hard to describe you have to try yourself

Always freshly prepared so you get to enjoy the burritos warm and chips/ tortilla crispy. Very generous contents and staff does not complain if you have special requests. The staff moves quick and the wait time is just appropriate.

Taco Bell had really good service. They were fast and the food was really good and cheap.

very cheap unlike other Mexican places great value for money

I really enjoyed my experience as a first timer at Taco Bell. The food was worth the price and was very affordable. Although some days, the queues can be long, the staff are eager to make sure the customer experience is their first priority. I waited long but I ended being treated to some free deserts so I'm glad.

Absolutely phenomenal , only a short wait in line before being able to go in an order. However once we ordered service went above and beyond. Ordered at roughly 1:30 on Wednesday the 1st of January and my god whoever hired staff found an absolute gem in Aidan (unsure on spelling) but was quick to help fix up a mistake in our orders and was prepared to even run the food out to us. We will definitely be back again !

I enjoyed my experience at taco bell Blacktown. The restaurant was well designed to allow you to see how your food is handled. There is not open access to the signature taco bell sauces, but they are available on request. I was surprised at how similar the food was to American Taco Bell. I hope they start planning for locations closer to my home soon as my choices are lacking.
