Plush Fyshwick

My experience at Plush was fantastic from beginning to end - from high quality furniture to amazing customer service. Chris from the Fyshwick showroom did everything a great salesman should do! He knew exactly when to come over to help with questions and when to give space to talk in private & never made me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. He was great at hanging around and being available for us to talk to him without being overbearing. He also knew the products and services extremely well and made me feel extremely confident in my purchase as he was able to give lots of detail and offer suggestions based on my situation. He asked lots of questions and was invested in my individual situation which was very helpful when making a decision on a big purchase. I would go as far as to say that Chris actually provided perfect customer service and should be commended for the great sense of pride he clearly takes in his job. When coming back to buy the couch the next day I was hoping to be served by Chris again as he was so helpful the day before, and luckily was. Service like this and obviously quality products makes buying from Plush an absolute no-brainer on my opinion! Photo of great customer service pictured below!

I have been dealing with Amber at Fyshwick Showroom since late last year while trying to decide on some new furniture. I have always found her to be most helpful, personable and courteous, and especially patient and understanding with all my questions. I finally placed my order today, and again she was very professional and explained the guarantees and leather care plan. I would certainly recommend her, and Plush for great service.

We visited Plush Fyshwick store to check out recliner sofas and ended up buying one on the spot. We were greeted by Chris who was very attentive and helpful and knew what he was talking about. He took us through all the options and the process and have us time to consider our decision. We haven't received our sofa yet as we only ordered it today but what we tried out was very nice. Look forward to enjoying ours when we receive it

We went to the Fyshwick Plush show room. The showroom was set up really well with a variety of couches to try out. Was able to wander around at our own pace and try out a few couches. Tash our sales lady was really great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. Great experience and can’t wait to get our new couch. Recommend for sure.

We were served by Josie at the Fyshwick store in Canberra. We had our daughter with us and wanted to buy several different types of sofas for us and our daughter. NOTHING was too much trouble for Josie who showed an outstanding knowledge of the Plush sofa range and offered us a range of different suggestions and options. We bought a total of 3 sofas and a snuggle chair. We were thrilled with the service and the range. We’ve now been back to Plush 3 times over the past 10 years and we have never been disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Extremely satisfied with the service that I have received at Plush showroom staff in Fyshwick. Chris was sales rep who served us and I can tell that not only he has good knowledge about the product he was genuine. He did not push us or try to convince us with lame reasoning. Gave us good insight about the product, was always courteous and has a smiling face and a great attitude.
I cannot review the product yet as I have not received it.

My husband and I had casually been looking at lounge showrooms around Canberra over a long period of time and recently visited the Fyshwick Plush showroom for the first time. We were greeted upon our arrival and while we sat on many lounges, were asked regularly if we had questions. We left the showroom with a few lounges in mind, to look around. Later that day we returned with a lot of questions about leather lounges and a few that I had seen online. With expert assistance and detailed information provided by Chris regarding styles, leather covering options and warranty and care, we narrowed our choice down to one style and color, then ordered two leather lounges. We can't wait to receive our two lounges!

We have just ordered a recliner and a snuggle chair. Products we purchased were pretty comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Tash. She had thorough knowledge about the product and was very helpful in finding the right fit for us. Hopefully the delivery services and final product proves to be as good as their before sale customer service. Five stars for Tash and her customer service😊.

Great service at Fyshwick, they were a little busy but staff made sure we knew that they cared (giving us quick advice and showing us the fabric samples). Josie served us in the end and she was fabulous! So helpful and patient with all our questions and super friendly to have a chat with while all the super duper paperwork and ordering was done. Highly recommend!

Amber helped me on both days I visited the Fyshwick show room - first time to check out the range and second to place an order. The layout of the show room is easy to move around. Amber had the perfect balance of providing all the help I needed without pushing sales. The ordering process was easy and thorough, looking forward to my sofa arriving.

I visited the Plush Fyshwick showroom on Boxing Day and was so impressed by the selection of comfortable couches, value for money and the service from all staff members but particularly Amber who served me.

All staff were welcoming and informative but also really understanding that it was important i take my time to sit and try and find options that would work for me.

Amber was really helpful, offered great expertise and helped us customise a quote. I returned two days later to confirm colour choices and order the couch and the sales process was smooth and efficient. I can’t wait to get the Alana couch home to my place and enjoy it!

Me and my family went to Plush Canberra this morning..The service we recieved were amazing and the store had everything we wanted. We were provided excellent service by the staff, Chris.. He was really helpful with selecting the appropriate product we wanted for our new house..

I had a great experience in the Fyshwick showroom where the specialist Chris helped with finding the right type of leathered sofa that I was looking for. Throughout the whole conversation I had confidence in Chris's knowledge on the types of leather and how to maintain the leather from deterioration in the future. I really appreciated the service level of the service person and would recommend the place for purchases of sofas due to the great customer service and knowledge Chris had provided today.

The service at Fyswick is excellent. Staff memebrs are very knowledge and never dismissive. I have found Amber to be most helpful, personable, and patient! She understood my needs (cats, first time purchase) and addressed them very well so I could make a decision about exactly what I want. She also went out of my way to sort out delivery issues when I had a family emergency and couldn't be at my place.

I dragged hubby in to the showroom to sit on some sofas and make a decision after doing some research on line. Amber was the perfect mix of leaving us to browse and being available to answer questions. She helped us figure out dimensions, took us through fabrics and showed them to us on sofas where available. Throughout our browsing she was friendly, informative and provided a high level of assistance. When we decided to purchase she made it z as seamless experience and talked me through the fabric care, warranty process, and delivery. Amber explained the delivery timings, gave me copies of all relevant paperwork and made sure I was comfortable before I left the store. I would not hesitate to shop here again based on todays service from Amber.
