Really nice chemist. The shops has lots to look at while you wait. Sone really nice gift options the baby range is really nice too. The staff are helpful even if you dont need anything from the chemist its worth a look at the range of trinkets they have on offer. Very good experence will always vist when possible.

A conveniently located Pharmacy in Southgate Shopping Centre that provides excellent customer service. This is a large Pharmacy that is well stocked in all things Healthcare related, its neatly organized and the staff are friendly and very helpful. They also have lovely giftware, handbags, footwear, jewelry, perfume and much more. It's worth a visit.

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Also the chemist (medicine provider) is usually available for a chat and helpful if you have a question pertaining to your script.

This is our regular chemist. Helpful and friendly staff, always seems to be open when we need it! They also do flu vaccinations which is very handy.

I was insulted by the woman pharmacist for sharing my opinion about the high prices of their medication. I couldn’t believe the experience. Another staff member who appeared instantly was no better & I decided never to visit this pharmacy again.

As a regular customer of this pharmacy for the past 7 years, today will be the last time I'll go to this store.

Some time ago I purchased a small box of bandaids to keep in my handbag. The next day I returned to the store for a prescription and the bandaid box triggered the alarm. I was then treated like a criminal and was asked for the receipt to prove that it was not stolen. I suggested they check the camera footage and they made me feel awful. A little respect and trust for regular customers would have been appreciated.

Despite, this experience, I continued to frequent the store.

Today I asked if the pharmacist could verify a document for me. Not only did she refuse, but she rudely and abruptly dismissed me.

It is unfortunate that after 7 years of shopping at this chemist, they have failed to build any rapport or relationship with community members. If this is how regular, repeat customers are treated, good luck with the level of service you will receive.

Pharmacist was rude, offensive and totally unprofessional. And reading the other reviews it seems typical of this guy. Not only was he rude and very offensive he offered no help at all. I understand the law, i have spoken to sutherland hospital and they are amazed that he didnt offer to ring them. My records are there and easy to verify. No you assumed the script was fraudulant from the outset and offered n9 help or advice to a customer in severe distress. Im taking this further. Pls dont erase your store video, maybe read some of your reviews and wake up to yourself. Perhaps you make more money selling mrna vaccines. Talk soon.

Attend this pharmacy if you would like to be price gouged. $50 for Dymista nose spray here whereas it was $37 at chemist warehouse and other competitors.

Just got called crazy by the old fella who's in charge.. I asked for my medication for my Webster pack and got abused... He then proceeded to hang up on me denying me my medication for a further 3 days... I wasn't due to receive my Webster pack until today but was yelled at and told I should've come in yesterday before the public holiday incase they were closed (they aren't) I checked that they were open today to pick up my meds on the right day... My mental health is quite severe and to be called "crazy" by the man who prescribes my medication has made me highly triggered and highly depressed... He was on loud speaker and heard by many in the room who were equally as shocked as I was at how I was being treated and spoken too... I would give them zero stars if I could.... I've included a photo of when he (who I believe is named John) proceeded to throw the bag of my meds and prescriptions in the direction of one of my carers.
A formal complaint has also been made with NSW ombudsman service.

As a fairly regular customer of this pharmacy, today will be the last time I'll go to this store.

The boomer part time karens behind the counter immediately decided that because of my floral tattoo sleeve and nose piercing that I was "trouble"

I'd parked my trolley in one of the aisles to stop it from impacting those around me. I went to the vitamins section whilst i waited for my scripts and noticed that i was being watched extremely closely. I was then looking at the elevit(I know, God forbid, someone with tattoos and piercings try to procreate) and when I asked for it, the lady purposefully dropped it- good ol passive aggressiveness - which opened the box. I told her it was okay and kept looking for the other vitamins, as i had 3 other products I wanted to buy. The scripts were ready and instead of taking them to the front counter, they made me pay at the back, I let the lady know I had other things and she just stood there waiting for me to go and get them.

If tattoos and piercings upset you so much and you dont have the stength from the lord to keep your facial expressions contained, you probably shouldn't be in a customer facing role.

I walked in looking to simply buy a Mother’s Day gift then the lady at the front counter thought that it would be a good idea to get the manager to kick me and my brother out for standing and looking at the items they have on display after he accused us of stealing and snatching the product out of my brothers hand we kindly said we will leave. He then threatened to call the cops even after finding out we were innocent never going back. VERY UNHAPPY.

I bought Novalac Allergy in here but my son have changed new formula for 2 weeks. Therefore I want to exchange but they don’t have my new formula, I want to refund , the lady said I can not refunded because they refund within 2 weeks. Last week, I am in lockdown situation ( my son is sick) I can’t go outside. I met the manager, I said my formula had the same expired day as the display formula and explained for him.
He was angry, he put his mask down and talked to me
With a rude attitude. They didn’t tell me in my receipt how long can I exchange or refund.they only said keep receipt for exchange or refund. I am so upset with his attitude.
Do you only think about customer buy your products? If customers have problems with products, they seems like your problem not my problem.
