Coles Sylvania

A big shout out to the lovely lady who goes by the name of “Danielle” or something similar. She assisted my mum and I tonight with grabbing closed boxes of soft drinks (we purchased 11 boxes altogether so it was not an easy task at all). To top it off, she assisted us to our car and completely loaded the car for us. I have never had service like this at Coles before and I commend Danielle for her exceptional service. We thank you again so very much and will definitely come shop at Coles Sylvania Southgate again just to be served by you.

When I'm in the area I make sure to stop in here as the shelves are always stocked, clean & fresh produce is at its best.

I just visit there it’s amazing store.
My favourite is coffee station. Cappuccino with full cream milk is great. I can pay by card at spot.

I was impressed by young staff member Jason, was stationed at self serve registers was very polite, knoticed that I am struggling with my shopping and offered me to purchase paper or plastic bag.
He didnt seem to pay attention to his surroundings but he knew what he was doing.

Kara (customer service assistant) was amazingly kind and sweet. I went to pay and my phone had died which I use for my payments. She graciously paid for me on the spot and let me pay her back later. Customer service people have had a lot to go through during COVID and STILL continue to be of service to the community. She deserves a raise and promotion! Thank you Kara!

Coles, what can I say... It's Coles and generally the stores are all pretty much the same except for the odd thing here and there.
I really like their roast pork and beef thats already cooked to perfection and ready to eat, it's a nice change from the standard roast chicken.
Service is always good, even when they are busy and they stock a fair few gluten free products that I eat and enjoy regularly.

Gluten Free two minute noodle cups and they taste good, Gluten Free shortbread cream biscuits, Gluten Free bread varieties and Helga's five seeds wins for best taste and consistency hands down, it doesn't get the dry cardboard feel or stale bread flavour.

Glad one if the big chain supermarkets cares enough about the small percentage of the population that are coeliac and have very few options to choose from.

I have grown up here and visited this store for over 45 years. I have found the staff very helpful and always been able to find everything i need. As a hospitality business owner I shop here a few times a week and find their prices highly competitive with most of my suppliers. They have been generous with donations for Charities, personable and go out of their way to assist when i have asked. A true local community store.

Always a positive experience in this particular Coles. Staff are always friendly. In particular, staff member Emma was a trooper in retrieving something I had forgotten whilst doing my self-serve check out today. So thankfully for her help!! She deserves this praise! 🙏🏻

A big Coles, very busy. In the Southgate Shopping Complex at Sylvania, with many other shops including a large Woolworths and Kmart.
It has a large parking area both above and below. Should cover all your needs.

Good size store, newly renovated good range of products. Ideally positioned a short stroll away from woolworths, so if you want to collect the specials in both stores you dont have far to travel.

Easy access from rooftop carpark via escalator makes for a very easy, convenient, fast shop, in and out with no trouble...particularly good for older or those with movement restrictions

A really well set out Coles. It's always clean, well stocked shelves and they have great fresh produce. This Coles is in a very convenient location in Southgate Sylvania Shopping Centre. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service.

Good value for money, wide choice of products and fresh fruit and vegetables. Payment can be with cash, debit or credit card and there are loads of self-service checkouts. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very busy today.Lovely assistant on the self service check outs helped me when an item wouldn't scan.Very friendly and cheerful.

Quite large shop inside a great little mall. The staff is nice. Their bakery is the best.

Went to Pavement Cafe , fantastic staff super clean and the food is to die for. Say hello to Dion the chef , a very nice fellow
