Max and a trainee had helped me a lot in the recent visit. Ordered my shoes on Thursday after lunch, and they delivered to my door steps on Friday mid morning, super efficient.
Unfortunately I have changed my shoes from Brooks dyad(had four pairs in the last two years) to Brooks Ghost, not suitable for my feet with customised orthotics, took back on Christmas Eve, happily refunded in full after I had worn them nearly a week, no other where could give you a full refund after you have worn your shoes, they can do the swap or full refund within one month of purchase.
They are trustworthy, and staff are well trained.

My partner and I both went in looking for different types of runners and we had Sophie helping us. She was so incredibly helpful and generous with her time we were blown away by her service!

Recently purchased new shoes for hubby as his Podiatrist suggested he get more supportive footwear. Our Attendent, Wendy, was able to advise us on the appropriate footwear to meet the heel support required. She was very patient, gave us options in shoes and ensured that we got the best fit. It was a long process, as hubby has mobility issues, but Wendy was always courteous and explained everything clearly. Very impressed with her high level of customer service and her knowledge of footwear. We walked away with supportive, yet comfortable shoes, all for a reasonable price. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Great customer service. Sophie helped take measurements, and offered personalised advice regarding, which trainers would best suit.

There were a wide range of trainers to select from within the measurement specifications.

Very helpful staff. Very good costom system. I can't believe I have never been fitted with a proper pair of runners before. This is brilliant! I would recommend for anyone who has legs and likes to use them.

Bought an expensive pair of shoes, and within 6 months a manufacturer fault made them impossible to wear. Athletes Foot not only replaced them with a different brand, my usual type, but refunded the difference. No fuss no bother. Been shopping there for years, no wonder as always great service. Went into the booragoon store on Sunday based on recommendations from a couple of people. Was a little hesitant as I have had negative experiences in a couple of their other locations. I was really pleased with the service and knowledge from the lovely lady who served me ( I think name was tarragon?). Thank you for your expertise!

What a great staff they have i was extremely taken care of to get my work shoes but the size didn’t fit and sophie (one of representatives) try her best for me. Thank you so much and highly recommend this store.

Very happy with the service here. Visited twice in the past few days to buy school shoes, and both times was served almost immediately. Did not have to wait. A good selection of shoes was offered and we left happy. Have bought school shoes here now for many years and have never had any problems with them lasting the whole school year.

Excellent customer service especially as a member. Was able to return a pair of shoes that developed a defect after 3 weeks of wear, no questions asked.

I just had such a wonderful experience here. Taylor helped me with my 3 kids for school shoes. So helpful and so professional as well as complimentary coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Superb service!

Excellent service. Bought a pair of shoes that started to show wear on the canvas in under 3 months, returned them to athletes foot and they replaced. This next pair was not comfortable and were replaced free of charge again. Finally i have a very comfortable shoe that i am very happy with.

Had to wait a couple minutes for a staff member to be free. They were very helpful, friendly, explained everything well.

My first visit to athletes foot and I was very impressed. I came to the store straight from the podiatrist with a vague idea of what I needed. The lady that helped me (on my receipt it says Jessica B) was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and patient with my uncertainty. I left with a pair of Hokas and some supportive thongs. Oh My God the Hokas are life changing! So damn comfortable. Hopefully keep me running comfortably for years to come. Top notch service, i will definitely return when this pair of hokas are run into the ground! Thanks!

Excellent customer service from Michelle! Really appreciate her friendly and helpful attitude. I walked out with the style of work shoes I had in mind, knowing they were fitted and suited to my feet. Will be back next time I need runners.
