Always friendly and patient and strifing for correctness. Parking always an issue but I found a 30min space outside- but who can do anything in 30 minutes.

Very busy on a Saturday but so professional, polite and friendly. Results started coming through within an hour, which is amazing for a Saturday. And all billed to Medicare as well, which is rare in Canberra. Well done to all the team!

I donate blood and plasma as often as I can and Sara barely made me feel a pinch when taking my blood. Clearly very great at her job, very professional, kind and welcoming.

I assisted my father to get a blood test done from ACT Pathology. The procedd was smooth and easy. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

Sara, is excellent at her job - always efficient and friendly and an expert at getting blood.

no comments on haw long it will take just pot you in a line not good enough

Utter waste of time ...
Waited for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes
Are these people taking this for granted.
No respect to the patients.....
Think about the patient's fasting hours lapses....
And their hormones will give a different readings... when they get frustrated like this for more than an hour....

The lady who tested me was one of the rudest humans I have ever meet, she made me feel super uncomfortable and was condescending and aggressive towards me the whole time. I left feel disrespect and mistreated and would never go back. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

They failed to test for everything written on the referral. As a result I either now need to subject my 2 year old to another awful experience or we have to go without important information.

It is unacceptable for this to happen to an adult as the results are important for a medical diagnosis and even adults have fears of needles but at least many can get another test, but for a young child who has to be held down screaming it is really infuriating.

You literally had one job, do it.

My Dad went this morning had the worst experience ever and the nurse doing Covid testing was the rudest person he has ever met and first person to arrive and 8:30 opening yet 6 people arrived after and they were seen first and if no stars were possible that's how we would rate it actually it would be minus 5
