We came for Valentine’s day 3 course - first time and quite surprised as the restaurant looks amazing. The surrounding is not too convincing 😅

Nice little gift for couple and love our meals and will be back.

A very wide open mall-like feel to a restaurant. Very wide spaces well lit up but not too bright. Dim lighting provides a calming feel to this place. The music provided does have bass but people can still talk easily with eachother. Tables are very clean and floors are shiny. Bar staff are very patient and accommodating with custom cocktails.
The physical menu is not entirely visible on the QR-linked app yet. There is a very socially encouraging atmoaphere with the seats and wide spaces.

Well worth the walk from really strange streets to get to this special place. I'd bring a date here.

A very nice hidden gem in Liverpool, hidden coz it's not easy to find, word of mouth did it for us. A relaxing industrial vibe, I said to my daughters that "I'm loving the industrial vibe of this place, high exposed ceiling, floor to ceiling glass windows, exposed brick". There are 4 restaurants here I think, there's a cafe and dessert area, there's a drink area, and food areas. A variety of choices. Just hard to find parking but there's a limited street parking! Food's are all yummy, they all have 'bang' according to my daughters(teen lingo these days). My husband is disappointed that there's no coke! And my daughter is a bit disappointed that there wasn't any ice cream yesterday.

Such a beautiful location with awesome food. So many options to choose from and there is something for everyone. A great place to have a small catch up or event. Highly recommend!

This in an Interesting place. It's not located well but looks fantastic. Great social media location for posting pics. In regards to the food and food options it's great. We had some of the entree options and they were very tasty. They have toddles/kids colouring books to keep your little ones occupied. The chicken tacos were quite small, more bite size.

Amazing! Thank you to Max and his team for providing the best service and food. Everything was delicious. The kids play area is fantastic and very clean. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great feed & exceptional service. 10/10

One of the finest places to get a bar drink. The bar keep called Ryan was so lovely and had fantastic drink suggestions. His cocktail was amazing. As the night progressed we moved onto the cocktail jugs. These were outstanding value but most of all the taste was sensational.

Food is really good. Dine in with the family, but no table service. Order and collect at the counter. We ordered the chicken tawook and prawn skewers, bruschetta, wood fired prawn pizza, fattoush, and pear, rocket and walnut salad.

Went here for a Sunday brunch with family.

Very beautiful, newage style dining.
There are 4 different venues in one which is alittle weird at first but the food is pretty much amazing in all.

We had Brunch at Shepard's lane, it was fabulous, we had around 8 people and the large tables suited us perfect.

Ordering was a breeze, however the online ordering system wasn't working so we all just went up and ordered.
They got a few things wrong but it was major.

Food quality was good, food presentation was bang on and coffees were pretty darn good too.

The Shepard's lane big breakfest is the first big breakfest I have had in a long time when they say big they mean BIG. There was plenty of everything on the plate.

My only gripe was the food could of been hotter.

Went there twice for breakfast and lunch. Perfect for couples and a large group. The set up is fantastic and staff are great.
Has lots of indoor and outdoor seating and is very clean. Love the vibe and decor. Highly recommended.

Very pretty decor and good customer service. Not the best value for money but still reasonable. Food tasted nice, came out hot and fresh. Also plenty of seating options. Will definitely go again. Cute and easy date night option to feel a little fancy without travelling into the city.

This location is soaked with great atmosphere. The surrounds are classy and reminiscent of the old paper mill utilising the past to invest in the surrounding architecture and furniture from the structure itself to the tables you dine at. Fantastic. Then the options of food and drink highlights this experience even more. Having a variety of options of food of chagrilled menu to middle eastern flavours to the classic burger and chips. Full of flavour. The staff were all very helpful and polite.
Parking is the only issue as the nearby street parking is limited and there is no designated parking lot for this location.

Great fresh & tasty dishes the salmon and brisket was perfect ,very good value our table was serviced by Patrick one of the best waiters I’ve seen

We had lunch there. This place is family friendly and excellent for all ages. The place is exceptionally clean and beautiful. Lots of plants around and beautiful internal design. The place is spacious and you don't feel crowded. The place has high ceilings. Colours are inviting too. Price wise it is very reasonable. Also the menue has so many different varieties to choose from. Food was delicious. They also have an icecream bar! We will definitely go back and recommend for friends. And yes toilets were clean!

The most stunning event rooms! I recently hosted my Bridal Shower in the private function rooms at the Papermill Food. From the moment I booked my event through to the end the service was great. The events team there were helpful, accommodating and professional to work with!

The food was really delicious, a wide range to choose from and the staff is very flexible with any changes. I have had amazing feedback from all my guests about the food, service and the venue.

The event space is very easy to work with. A little goes a long way as the room itself is honestly stunning!

I booked out a private room for my husband's 30th birthday. It was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, I read so many negative reviews about food at the firepit but the pork, dry aged steak, pasta and all the sides were amazing. The servings were very generous and we took a whole heap of food home because the food was too good. I wanted to call out the waiters we had that night, they were so attentive and extremely accomodating and lastly Stella our event coordinator. She was so lovely and patient with me during the planning stages as my dates kept changing. I 100% recommend booking your next function at TPM it's such a beautiful venue, friendly staff and incredible food.

I also wanted to shout out to TPM's florist Keri Palemani who also styled my event and created a beautiful arrangement for me. :)

Thank you to Sarkis and his team for running our daughter’s Christening yesterday. From day one Sarkis made every step easy and stress free. Everything I asked he said yes with no hesitation. Always willing to answer questions and help. Everytime I was on the phone to Sarkis he was always polite and ready to listen.
On the actual day everything was a breeze and all the staff were happy and willing to help. Best day ever. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people. Food was on time and tasted amazing. All me guests complimented on the venue itself, the food and the accomodating staff. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you Sarkis and team for making my daughter’s day so memorable. ☺
