Driving through Bathurst, and my chain reached end-of-life, and they went out of their way to get me back on the road!
Great service from the workshop, and all.

During this years Correctional Officers Remembrance Ride, I began to have issues with My KTM SuperDuke start switch. Stranded in Bathurst on a Saturday morning and running out of options to get it home.
My dealer, Coffs KTM directed me to Beard Brothers Motorcycles, the local KTM dealer in Bathurst. These guys went out on a limb to help me, someone they did not know at all, and went about the mission of getting me up and running.
I was lucky they had a demo bike because they actually stripped it down to remove the switch block and wiring to replace the faulty unit on my bike and save the day!
I cannot thank these guys enough.

Recently I had to order some body panels for my scooter through Beard Brother Motorcycle as they are the only Suzuki dealer in town. The staffs were friendly and the ordering process was quick and easy. The parts arrived within 2 weeks and they were well priced.

Away from home and destroyed my rear tire in the dirt and hills around Mudgee. Phoned them 5pm and they booked me in for 9:30 the next day.
Professional and did fast work, back on the road by 10:30 for a great price.

Had a problem with my Beemer passing thru Bathurst. Nathan was extremely helpful, came with his ute & took us back to the workshop, got me back on the road very quickly. 5 star service at very reasobable price. I felt very lucky to have called them.

My BMW (a make he can't do specialist work on) broke its drive belt 15 k's out of town. Nathan came out in his ute, got the bike back to the shop, and stored the bike for a week. When I finally got back to pick it up, he charged me $30 bucks for everything. Exceptional service.

Great service , I had a flat battery today on my lunch break called and the boys arrived at my work in ten mins changed battery and only said I'd be charged for the battery cost.
I won't go anywhere else top job guys.

Just moved to Bathurst Jan 2018, I have purchased 2 new motor bikes and a New quad bike, great prices and great service.

They are the best motorcycle shop in town, particularly for spanner-work, but also helpful staff and wide range of motorcycle accessories.
