I have been here twice in a month and both times have had the best service. The young man that served me today was great and I let him know too. Well done guys

Ben provided an extremely high level of customer service and knowledge about the broad mens shoe range. He is an absolute asset to the store.

We were attended by Vish today at the store. He was very helpful and although he couldn’t help us due to my sons foot size being In-between sizes and lack of stock he recommended us alternatives and his service was great. Nice to have some customer service where the salesperson genuinely cares about getting you the right product versus just getting money in the till.

Excellent customers service from Bailey and Mikayla today at Midland store , thank you for your patience and recommendation on the footwear . Will be back for more .

A big thank you to Ben at the Midland branch for helping me out with a new pair of Kayano's not only do they feel amazing! But the service was above and beyond, went through multiple pairs, multiple sizes until finding my ultimate fit. Will definitely be back.

I loved my trip to this store, found the perfect fit thanks to the amazing workers Sophie and Bailey!! They made me feel so welcome, will be returning for all my footwear needs.

My husband required help with inner soles. His feet were very sore from a possible spur. The guy who helped us was very friendly and had hubby go on the foot analyser to figure out foot type and type of in sole he would need. Hubby says he is more than happy with the service and care provided.

Mikayla (sorry if i spelt it wrong) provided an exceptional service tonight. Offering brilliant advise and some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time. My partner and I purchased a set of trainers and will be back in a few weeks for work boots for myself. I dont often leave reviews unless the service is well and truly above the norm and she hit the nail on the head and still managed to serve 3 other people at the same time! Thanks for the advice, we will be back!

Ray C at Midland store was outstanding, courteous and friendly. Very professional, he certainly knew his stuff. A totally great experience. All other staff equally friendly, explaining the discount for being a HBF member, a big saving for a pensioner who likes good footwear.

The service in this store is excellent
The product knowledge and technical knowledge of the staff is very very good.
The shoes are high quality; so not cheap but if you get your feet wrong your back pays for it

The staff were very helpful and well trained. If you have a foot problem (my wife has bunions) this is the place to get specialist advice.
