Universal Store

Got THE best service here . Take it from me as im usually VERY fussy and a complete karen . But this shop is the best i was treated SO well the best ive ever had in a shop and the lady at the front that it was her birthday was so kind and gave me a ton of compliments! Esp wen i havent been feeling that great about myself , she made my whole day , i want to thabk her personally for her warm kindness professialsim. This store is very lucky to have this staff member . The other girls were also lovley and everyone really seemed in great spirits , WELL done!! Also the stock is well worth the price and made very well i allways feel amazing wearing it and get so many compliments the fabric doesnt itch either

Sarah the Manager is SO lovely. I was also in last week and received the best customer service. Everyone is so helpful and hyped me up to make me feel really special when I was having a bad day. 100/10!!

Actually phenomenal service at Universal today! I saw 3 girls working today, all of them being so sweet and happy to help me out. Not to mention I got the cutest pair of pants!

Visited the universal store a few months ago feeling absolutely low about myself, needing a new outfit as none of my clothes would fit me anymore. One of the girls Layla went out of her way to find me an outfit and spent so much time trying to sort it. We went through every single pair of jeans in the store and she wouldn’t let me leave until I found a pair I was comfortable and confident in. Meant a heap and wanted to let her know that it made my day back then whether she realised it or not. I hope she gets the recognition and appreciation she deserves!

When I tell you everything about this store is immaculate that is an understatement… from the moment you walk into the door you are greeted with smiles and instantly feel welcomed. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and outstanding customer service

I was offered their Store to Door ordering system when an item was not available in store
The transaction was completed in store and an expected 7 day delivery
The items have not been delivered
The staff emailed their head office and have not received a response
Their state rep has no way to follow up
The item I ordered was only gift a family member was going to receive for Xmas so I’m not sure what to do now
The 1300 number does not answer
You cannot track the order
You cannot get a response
You cannot get a refund as the staff do. not know how to manage this due to zero response from head office
I understand I’m not the only one affected
Many thousands of dollars banked without delivering the goods …..
I hope this review initiates an overdue response
