I visited the store after having done some background research for my first camera. Staff member Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable about cameras. He offered personal experience on which ones he used, asked relevant questions, and even taught me more about the camera industry and different functionalities. I've talked with other salespeople before who were pushy, but Jack seemed to have my genuine interests at heart. While the store prices were great compared to other Black Friday deals, the staff made this place excellent. Thank you for making this a great purchasing experience.

How important a helpful and friendly manager is to a shop. The Iphone I bought online had to be repurchased at a local shop because the delay in arriving affected my work. However, the customer service of the online refused to return the product and did not respond to emails for a long time. So I went to this shop to try my luck. The manager was very kind and returned the product for me after he learnt about my situation. Very happy day just because of this shop.

Excellent customer service. Store going through renovations but still well presented. The coffee machine we bought was no good went back next day and was given exchange. The staff were honest even to the point of ringing me up in regards to a discrepancy in price point with the new machine to the old one. Thank you Harvey Norman. Keep it going.

Honey was extremely helpful and professional. I bought a bedside table on sale and Honey went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered on my preferred date by contacting the delivery team multiple times. I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely go back and look for Honey for any furniture purchase in the future :)

We had a technical issue with an iRobot vacuum and took it to the shop thinking it was under warranty. Louise at electrical appliances checked it out and advised it was a few months out of warranty.
That I thought, was the end of it...
To my surprise, Louise said, leave it with me, let me call the manufacturer and let's see what we can do.
Couple days later she calls me and says it's working and ready for pick up!

This store is really very good. Many things specially household furnitures are sold here.
It has a very large area having good collection.

Purchasing a new TV, we went to Cannington store, after having brilliant service from them over 15 years and found Daniel Ngoc Vu, who has helped us before. Once again, we found him very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even delivered it to our door on his way home from work when it came in two days later. Could not have asked for better service. The product guarantee is a pinch with the product cost but it comes in handy. Good customer service if you can find the store person FREE. They are always busy.
