Haven't been there in years and it's so much better now. No need to go to the city, just go to Myer. Managing christmas section.

Excellent customer service by Elton yesterday who assisted us with a purchase from the Sealy range. What a lovely gentleman.

It was a very busy festive weekend. While waiting for his assistance, we watched him not only assist customer after customer but staff after staff.

Strangely, he seemed to be the only team member who had any knowledge of the Sealy brand and how to process customer orders.

Definitely an employee of value who should be well looked after and developed further.

I received excellent customer service from Carol in the Homewares department. Despite being new she was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and genuine. Thank you Carol, you’re an asset to the store.

Went into Myer Carousel to purchase a Guess handbag and was served by a very pleasant lady named Pammy, she is Christmas casual.She was very helpful, polite and patient. Was very pleased with the excellent customer service she provided.

Beautiful displays of linen and other homewares. Enjoyed viewing the crockery on display. Nice to see the designers acknowled for their beautiful work. Friendly staff and a beautifully presented store. Already purchased some Christmas presents with the sales.

Reliable with quality items. Love the ladies wear and cosmetic counters in Myer. When I need something special to wear I will always visit Myer carousel.

You all need to visit the bdk stand for amazing perfumes! Wow! They don't have it in other stores, at least not the ones I've been to. Very generous with testers too...as long as you buy perfume.

It's on sale. Everything on sale. Surely you can have something for yourself, the family and friends in a very good price.

Today, Monday 29th May 2023, I received fantastic customer service from Anna in Women's Lingerie in regards to a bra fitting. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was so lovely to chat with. Anna kept the different styles coming, trying to offer me the best fit possible. Nothing was a bother and I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. She is certainly an
asset to your store. Keep up the great work Anna!

It has an excellent selection of goods, and service is efficient. Apart from the 2 girls that work on the Dior lipstick / cosmetics counter, who think that a purchasing customer can be whispered about, whilst standing in front of them. NOT a quality desired by anyone particularity one that is purchasing products from them.

Just browsing and ended up in kids section where all kids clothes had 40%off. Needless to say I left with a few things.

David in the ferrari suit section was the kindest person who has ever assisted me in myer, and he wasn't even helping me, he was helping my partner. He is not only a hard worker but he really knows what he is talking about and isn't afraid to show his knowledge. He has a fantastic eye for detail, that in no way would ever come across as condescending as we have found in other stores. There is no way we would have felt nearly as comfortable with anyone else.
