Really excellent quality food can be purchased from this location. The wraps are amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Superb catering for 100 + Notre Dame Uni students, staff and guests over the weekend. Delicous lunches and buffet dinners delivered fresh and on time to a variety of Derby locations including to the Marsh bonfire. Thanks so much John and Julianne for reliably providing such good value meals. We will be using you again!

A bit expensive gas prices, no public toilets, but the staff is friendly, there are souvenirs on sale behind the checkout counter, clean shops

Plz change your fryer oil frequently for cooking food, if over using same oil for frying for a long time , it really hurt customers‘ health , can easily cause cancer n some other health issues , especially some customers buy the fry fast food here for family older n kids.This town is small doesn’t have many choices for food, but doesn’t mean deserve “engine oil” colour oil for the food to eat.

BP Truck stop Derby is an embarrassment to the BP brand. The food here is inedible, the staff are 'odd' and the station cannot be relied upon to make ice over summer when it ought to be evident that expecting to buy ice up north over summer at a truck stop is a perfectly reasonable expectation. Today the person serving me at POS was distinctly surly. And while we are pointing out what is less than ideal why is it that two bays are devoted to toys; one for the pink princess and one for the junior gun-runner in your family? Is this the 50's? Twenty years ago I edited and rewrote much of BP's front-line staff training material. For that reason I can assure anyone reading this that the store fails in key merchandising standards. The store is clean; one star.

It says 24hrs online but it looked pretty closed at 8:00pm so I guess they should change that

Every time they get food orders wrong and it is stale and most of the staff have very poor customer service if you don’t want to deal with the public work somewhere else behind the scenes this is mainly the girl that was working tonight 21/03/22 really not suited to customer service very rude
