Derby Mitre 10

I had never met the bloke before, I’m a subby & I needed an 8 metre tape measure for work but he’d just run out of stock. Whilst paying for a couple of other odds & ends at the till on my way out he handed me his own personal 8 metre tape measure & said, “use this till I get them back in stock”.
When was the last time you were treated like this as a customer??

Working 150k's out of town and run short of a few things. They had everything we needed to finish the job and grest service. Thanks guys!
