I recently purchased a car from Gardner Autos. From start to finish the process was easy, comforting and informative. I would like to single out Jake from finance who helped us through applying and getting approved for finance for the exact vehicle we wanted. We had total trust in Jake and felt like he was doing everything he could to get us the best deal possible. If it wasn’t for Jake we probably would have continued our search for a car (the car we chose was a little out of our budget) but Jake’s knowledge and advice made us confident to take the leap. Best decision we have made!

My experience with Ryan at Brian Gardner has been excellent from the first interaction and test drive, right through to after sales service. Ryan was always approachable, friendly, hard-working and most importantly for a sales person - honest! I would highly recommend getting in touch with Ryan if you need a new vehicle, he's the "Jimny Ambassador" if you're in the market for a Jimny! The Suzuki Swift Sport I bought has been a fun and excellent drive for every day negotiating through traffic to/from work and highly fuel efficient.

Special mention to Jake in Finance, who explained the finance process in a friendly, professional, manner, it was my first time buying a car, so I had a lot of questions and Jake went above and beyond and made the finance process so easy. Couldn't recommend them enough, will definitely be buying my next car from here!

Purchased a Dec 2022 Suzuki Swift from Martin about a month ago. I loved the casual but professional atmosphere they have created. The car I came to look at wasn't quite what I wanted but I had a huge selection to choose from and never once felt any pressure to buy that day. I found my car and fell in love and purchased it. Jacob was my finance guy and he was fantastic, we had so much correspondence back and forward to get our finance over the line. Highly recommend. Keep doing what you are doing!

Had the best used-car buying experience at Gardner Autos prior to Australia Day. An urgent buy due to my old car being written off. I was told I could drive away that night if I wanted to. The whole experience was very professional, Liam and the staff were all so lovely and friendly and make a great coffee too. Was so nice to see they had their trainee sales-man Jacob on the job too, taking me for my test drive. Bought the best car in great condition and low km. Very happy customer.

Have had multiple experiences with the Gardner auto team when purchasing and selling cars. The sales team were attentive and knowledgeable to what we trying to find. The manager that was helping us was also attentive and talkative and made us feel right at home. Amazing customer service all around. They also have a nice selection of higher end vehicles that were very tempting to purchase instead.

Exceptional customer service by Nadene. Fantastically professional and a joy to engage with. She was very pleasant to speak with and extremely helpful with any requests/updates about the service.
As for the service itself, the team did a great job with the car; drove and smelt like new, interior and exterior were cleaned well.
They exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly retain their service for the rest of my car's life.

My wife and I recently purchased another new car, and Ryan was fantastic. He has a great sense of humour, unbelievably patient, understanding, personable, and all-in-all just a fantastic person to engage with. Whatever questions we had, whether technical or otherwise he always had an answer. Whatever request we had, he would go out of his way to make it happen. Just bought a used Toyota Hilux from Gardner Auto this morning. Inam Alvi and the team were amazing. Professional, transparent and well organised. Was in and out in an hour including test drive, trade in valuation, payment and paperwork. Exceptional. Can’t say a negative thing about the experience.
