I encountered a challenge while attempting to charge my electric vehicle at this station due to the outdated ampcharge app, which rendered it unusable on my phone. Fortunately, a female staff member (Prapjoe, if I recall correctly) went the extra mile to assist me. She promptly contacted ampcharge customer service and successfully resolved the problem. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and sincerely appreciate her kind and considerate demeanor. This encounter has left a positive impression on me, and I wish her all the best.

The young handsome guy working Sunday night is an absolute legend! Ampol in Bentley was unable to help.. but thank you Cannington for being a life saver. This guy didn’t just tell me “no”, like all the others usually do (cause they simply just don’t care) but he worked with me and I was a happy customer :) thank you xx

Friendly staff, they know the regulars. Big shout out to the manager who brightens my day in the mornings. The place is generally clean and pleasant.
