Babyroad is a beautiful store with amazing customer service and staff are very knowledgeable. They stock the best brands and products and their displays are stunning. Definitely the best baby and toddler store in Perth. Can’t recommend enough. 😊

We have worked with Babyroad for many many years and they are truly the baby product experts! I loved visiting their store earlier this year - I was so impressed by the intuitive layout of the store and how customer-centric they are. If you are a first-time parent, you will feel so empowered visiting Babyroad and getting the best advice on prams, car seats and of course OiOi nappy bags!

I visited Babyroad to get a 1 year present for my niece the other day and the store was great. There is a huge selection of baby toys for all ages, and even complete baby nursery setups that looked great. I asked for the most annoying toy (as all uncles would) and the staff were great, friendly and recommended the perfect toy :). My brother and sister in law continue to tell me how annoyed they are with the sounds it makes - muahahaha! Thanks again to Babyroad, I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for good quality baby and toddler toys!

Highly experienced staff, who let you browse in peace, with excellent knowledge of all areas of your needs, whatever stage of life or experience. Very professional, and friendly service. Not always the cheapest, but the shopping experience, and trustworthy advice is definitely worth it. Excellent parking, great access and clean baby facilities. I recommend Babyroad as your one stop shop! Find many classic and unique items for all your pregnancy, baby, toddler, gift ware, clothing, safety and comfort, decor, hard and soft nursery furnishings, travel, nursing, feeding, play needs and much more.

The only place we shop for anything baby related - primarily due to service. Their team are amazing. All knowledgeable, empathetic and genuinely trying to find the most appropriate solutions for you. In particular, Carmel and Sharon have been such outstanding people to deal with, over the years. Providing change / feed area + play stations for kids is so helpful too. Thanks!

Had an amazing experience today. Went with wife. Had 2 ladies (Kate and Jill) help us out. Taught me how to use the pram and baby seat we were gifted by someone else (not bought here) so that was really really unexpected and sweet to get such good service. The shop looks very cool too, very modern with the rooms set up for inspiration.

This is the best baby store in Perth! This is my go-to baby store for all baby and toddler products, and the staff are always so helpful, its Perth family owned and run which I like (rather than giving $$ to a chain store) – we bought our bugaboo pram and baby car seat from here and they professionally fitted it into our car, so we were confident it was set up correctly.

The team offer great advice for everything from baby prams and nursery room furniture, good range of clothes and educational toys. Some good ideas for baby shower gifts too.

The nursery room displays are always changing and are a great way to visualise the whole room. The demo days are also a great way to learn more about the car seats, prams etc they are free to attend too.

I would highly recommend Babyroad if you are in Perth and looking for a one stop shop to get all your baby and nursery products in one go. (much bigger and unique range than the chain stores like baby bunting too).

The Babyroad staff here are super helpful, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We are first time parents and found other baby stores overwhelming and understaffed. Shout out to Charmaine who helped us with a pram and Carmel with a baby car seat for our little bub. Will recommend all parents to pop down for a visit.

Went into this store for the very first time yesterday and got greeted by Carmel- who had the best customer service, her knowledge of the products and services etc was top notch. The entire team there was also great even the guys who fitted some of the stuff into my car and plus the other lady in the back in the warehouse was great as well. I highly recommend that people go and visit this store.
Great service and friendly customer service all around

Visited the store on two occasions and purchased several large and small items for our nursery. On all occasions we found the team super knowledgeable, accomodating and product range fantastic. Having visited other baby stores and feeling overwhelmed at where to start for our first child, I found the Baby Road team made the process fun and easy. Special thank you to Carmel for her patience and product knowledge in answering all my questions.

My husband and I received amazing customer service from Lynsey, who was able to help us from the moment we walked in. She had really good product knowledge and was really accommodating in checking stock levels of the items we wanted. Other staff were really friendly too. The store also has a huge variety of items that we weren't able to find at other baby stores, so that's a huge bonus!

Staff are always so friendly, store is always packed but the customer service never drops. Always willing to help and give advice on products, would highly recommend this store to family/friends. Thanks for always making my experience wonderful ladies :)

I recently received excellent customer service from Rachel who assisted me in getting a baby monitor that would work in my home, and again from other team members when I needed to upgrade from a capsule to a baby car seat. They fitted it on the day for me! Every staff member here is so knowledgeable on their products, they are never in a rush and I feel they are selling products they genuinely believe in. My baby and I love the many products we have from this store and after recent customer service we won’t bother with the big chains anymore.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I recently went to baby road along with my friend who is pregnant.
We were blown away with the terrific service by the staff and in particular Carmel. She fixed my bugaboo pram which was slightly put together wrong, she offered amazing service and her positive and helpful approach towards customers is amazing. Her service is what would make me return to make future purchases. I hope this feedback is passed on to her. Thank you!

Amazing service! I walked in with no pram knowledge and was given a full demo without being overwhelmed by choice. So happy with my purchase. Big shout out to Sharon!

Large range in store!

This is by far the best baby shop in Perth, today I witnessed the poor staff of this store being abused by a lady that wouldn't wear a mask. There is a sign at the door saying to wear one and if you choose not to they can help you online or over the phone to help with purchases, this way they can protect pregnant women, new baby's and basically all their customers and staff. The fact people are destroying a shops reputation based on something you didn't see the whole story of, you should be ashamed. All of us in the store booed this lady and told her to leave. She was a disgrace. I hope the staff are ok, as me myself is still shaken up.I will continue to support Babyroad and together we can all get through this pandemic. We are all doing the best we can.

Exceptional service and products since the store has expanded and it's now doubled in size. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped straight away which is really important when you have limited time as a mother or don't really know what you're looking for. One of the staff members were really knowledgeable and helpful with reusable nappies and she went above and beyond in helping me. I definitely recommend coming here over Baby Bunting.

Holleigh and her fellow colleagues at Babyroad Booragon are amazing. Great customer service always. Even the warehouse staffs were always great and very helpful with putting our stuff carefully into our car.

Baby road is in a league of their own in regards to service, knowledge and product quality, variety and availability. The staff are always so helpful and know everything about their products. They aren’t pushy or don’t put any pressure on purchasing. Will not be shopping anywhere else.
