Such an awesome place. I always shop here for any of my medical needs. Very budget friendly. Staff are terrific, polite, helpful and all know their products inside and out. Well done guys, keep up the great work.

Chirnside Park is a busy store, yet the staff are always so helpful and kind. The pharmacy provides excellent service and go out of their way.

I went to this store today and was served by 3 different ladies. One who assisted me with purfume, another when collecting a script and the third lady at the register. I couldn't believe how amazing these ladies were. They all served me with a smile and nothing was too much for them especially the young lady who assisted me with purfume when I had no idea what I wanted. I made comment to the lady at the register how amazing it was to be served by 3 separate staff who were all smiling and friendly and even up for a chat. Friendly staff are so hard to come by these days so it was an absolute pleasure to go to that store. Well done ladies! Keep up the smiling faces and positive attitude

I needed some guidance when in store and Sonja came to the rescue. She was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I loved that she didn’t rush me and helped with all of my queries. Such a great experience and Sonja is such a great asset to Chemist Warehouse

This week I had 2 surgeries in 2 days. The last being an oral surgery that I needed pain & antibiotics for. Whilst waiting for medication to be dispensed, I suddenly felt faint and nauseous and had chest pains that I couldnt breathe through. I was having trouble communicating my distress as I couldnt talk and was communicating through texts on my phone. The pharmacists jumped into action, checked my blood pressure and kindly wheeled me to a doctors surgery across the hall. Their heartfelt concern at my welfare was humbling and I am gratteful for their kindness, understanding and compassion during my truly humiliating and very scary ordeal. Thank you Chemist Warehouse staff I wished I had gotten your names. The two handsome male Asian pharmacists and the lovely female pharmacist who took my blood pressure. You were heroes for me that day, thank you for protecting my dignity and treating me with such kindness.The icing on the cake was the new face mask he gave me as I had bled on the one I was wearing. That simple act of kindness on top of everything else he had done almost had me crying. I have never been a recipient of that type of kindness before. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Walked in today with zero knowledge on skin care. A staff member by the name of Michelle helped me with a routine and explained the products perfectly.

Last Saturday, I visited Chemist Warehouse at Chirnside Park. I asked a lady named Sonya for some help and advice re skincare. Sonya’s customer service far exceeded my expectations as she went above and beyond to help me. She was also friendly and ‘up for a laugh’. Thank you Sonya!

My mother has a couple of allergies and intolerances and struggles to find vitamins that she can take, so I wanted to say thanks to the young lady that helped her the other day. Between listening to her intently, looking on the computers and then finding a product for her, Mum was raving about it at dinner tonight.
She didn’t catch the girls name but said she had a butterfly tattoo. Big thanks, I will be recommending this store. 👍

I want to commend Katie - one of the team at Chemist Warehouse, Chirny. On Saturday 19 January, I purchased a few items there and was then waiting near Mr Minute,when Katie came past with a trolley load of cardboard - presumably for the recycling bin. I had several shopping bags but had not collected a trolley at the start of my Warehouse excursion. I was trying to work out how I could get a trolley from Woolworths, but I was rather encumbered with my 2 for the price of one Chermist Warehouse shopping. Katie saw my plight and immediately offered to assist me. I am an aged pensioner and was mightily impressed by her empathy and very pleasant attitude. She quickly brought me a trolley and cheerfully went on her way. I hasten to say that I do not want her to be chastised for interrupting her recycling bin journey! Her assistance to this granny has accomplished more towards my approving attitude to Chemist Warehouse than any other form of advertising.
Thank you Katie and thank you Chemist Warehouse - not only for the 2 for the price of one bargains I purchased on Saturday, but also for Katie's kindness.
