We dined here for the first time last week and loved it. Delicious food. Huge portions; my sons like their food so much. The happy hour drink prices are unbelievable. This restaurant is a new family favorite. We give it a "10"!

this was my first time visiting “Little Italy🇮🇹” in Leichhardt and we headed to this stylish restaurant @aperitivosyd 🌟

This place is perfect for family gatherings, they even provide a children‘s play area 🛵🧩👍👍 In terms of food, their homemade pizza and pasta were excellent ☺ but what surprised me the most was their house-made cocktails! 🍹😍😍😍 The servers were patient in recommending several cocktails, and I enjoyed each one🥹💞💞💞💞 my fav is the “Moscow Mule” which’s mix with Vodka, Ginger Beer,
Lime, Mint - it’s sweet and sour, smooth and refreshing 🥰👍

Excellent Restaurant! One of my favourite in Sydney. Certainly my go to for Italian Food cravings! The food is always so well prepared and the staff are so kind and friendly. My little sister (3yrs) loves the back play area, it’s perfect for a family meal! 😍

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to! The layout of the restaurant is very spacious and they have private hall as weel on upstairs.

We had great night with our family friends.

All the pasta is hand-made and is cooked to perfection. I had the squid ink pasta it’s special in menu and I can say it is one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had.

Other dishes that our table ordered prosciutto pizza (with very generous serving of prosciutto)that was on the specials menu.

To finish we had a dessert Tiramisu, what an amazing taste ever had from desserts menu.

Everyone in our party enjoyed all their food and were very satisfied. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and really add to the overall feel of the restaurant.

I highly recommend Aperitivo and we will be definite going back for dinner soon!

It's our first time here in this restaurant. The best Italian resturant in leechardtz. The table service was great and the Woodfire pizza recommended by our server Sofie was superb! The calamari and Arancini were also delicious! Staff gave excellent customer service, very attentive and proactive. I will be back with family again. See you soon.

5 stars because I'm not looking to lower your review score. However, I feel it's important to share some feedback:

The pizza dough is delicious; it's evident that it's matured, and it's rare to find such a crust.

But the pizza itself felt bland. On the Margherita pizza, the passata lacked flavor, and on the cuatro formaggi pizza, the cheeses were lacking in potency.
I have tried maaaany pizzas around the world and I am confident you just need little adjustments to have an outstanding product.

My experience at Apperitivo was incredible. Overall, it is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was excellent. It is a perfect environment for a special occasion. The menu is well curated and we enjoyed everything we got.

We had a nice evening there! The food was really good, especially the seafood. I also loved the bread a lot. Amazing service and friendly staff.

We went here for a Saturday lunch, the place has a nice and elegant vibe. For the first time in years in Sydney we finally have eaten a burrata and a buffalo mozzarella that tastes like in Italy. Service was kind but a tad slow probably due to the hours. The prices are adequate for the food quality.

Best authentic Italian pizza - Napolitano style!. The food is great, service is great and the experience is beautiful. Especially they got kids area and my kids were enjoyed a lot. We come back again soon.

The service was incredible at the restaurant and we were seated very quickly. The food was amazing and worth every bite! We tried the seafood and the panna cotta. Will definitely be coming back.

Just had the most amazing meal at this Italian joint in Leichhardt! The pizza was like a crispy slice of heaven, and the pasta dishes were bursting with flavour. The place has this cozy vibe, and the service was top-notch. If you're into authentic Italian food, you gotta check this spot out in Leichhardt!

This place is really great, it’s a great experience dining here. Foods were amazing, beautiful presentation, wide drinks list and wonderful desserts. The ambience is very charming. Staffs are all nice and very friendly. And also, their Tiramisu and Fiori Di Zucchina is a must try.

Absolutely amazing italian food. Pizza is authentic woodfired with lovely chewy crust and great flavours. The margherita is the standout, both the original and the buffalo mozzarella. Pastas are also consistently delicious. Tiramisu is a highlight here - generous serving and good price and very creamy and just right sweetness and freshly made. Have been back a few times!

First night in Sydney. We chose Aperitivo based on Google reviews.
We chose to eat inside but the street curb dining appealed.
Table service was timely, helpful & efficient with a big friendly smile.
Drinks, entree & all 6 mains arrived together. All different & all enjoyed. We shared dishes. That good.
Hope to return before leaving Sydney.

We are so glad someone recommended this Italian restaurant to us! Beautiful large space, flavourful dishes that are beautifully seasoned, lots of attentive staff, sensational pizzas and desserts! The standout was the calamari - unbelievable flavour and it was so tender and crispy and Margherita wood fire pizza amazing mouth watering. Will come again with my family soon.

I absolutely adore the new space that they've opened up in the restaurant. It's the perfect place to unwind, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home

My family and I come here every day this is the best restaurant in Sydney! The pizza here is incredible, just delicious. So traditional and authentic! Make sure to order the Margherita and zucchini flowers!
