Retravision O'Connor

We visited this store to purchase a small home appliance. The store is very large with lots of variety for large appliances, TVs, small appliances, computer items and more. Staff were helpful and friendly. Prices were good especially for items on offer.

I’ve been a customer of Retra vision for over 25 yrs.. Always looked after, great customer service, friendly and great atmosphere. I’ve purchased washing machines, dryers, fridges, washers, tvs, coffee machines, toasters, microwaves, stoves, ovens, barbecues, fans, air conditioners, sinks… you name it, 😂😂 always great experience, good prices, yes, they’ll match it with anywhere else and sometimes even discounted. Gino, especially has been always, kind, friendly. Not to mention knowledgeable in everything I purchased. On many occasions he has given me great advice based on customer feedback. Thank you for always providing great service and even better products. !! ❤🙏❤

I totally loved the Customer Service that I received from this store.

I started off by making an online inquiry and that's when I spoke to a lady named Katie over the phone.
She was patient, understood exactly what I needed. She did her best to help and that led me to the Retravision store in O'Connor.

The drive took me about 30 minutes from my place of residence.

Once I got there, it was totally worth it. I was working on a budget and could only afford to buy a cheap 50" inch screen, smart TV.

Thanks to the great support from.the staff there namely Elena and Shane who advised me that I could in fact get a major brand television for less than I thought.

Anyway, I ended up walking away very satisfied and got to pick a good Sony Smart TV with 4K.

Been using other stores forever, hadnt been to Retravision for quiet a while. By chance, this Retravision store had what I wanted at a better price than anyone else, so I went in.
Received the friendliest non salesperson type service, just human to human. And then the consultant even did me a better price on the item I wanted, just because it's what they do.
I'll be going back in 6 months to buy ALL our home appliances when home is finished building.

It’s my go-to store. I’m confident in the deals I get here, and have been for some years now. I bought a Bosch dishwasher a month ago after found a lot of research, and once again Retravision O’Connor was the best deal, service and advice.

Highly recommend this store for honest advise and non pushy shopping experience given by Gino... a gem in salesmanship.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a washing machine from this store recently. Mohammed was so knowledgeable about the products, and he wasn't pushy at all. He allowed us lots of time to look at all our options and didn't rush us in to making a decision. He also had a great sense of humour, which made the whole purchasing experience really pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I went in looking for a new fridge, I was served by an awesome lady named Nancy. She answered all my questions and left me feeling really confident in my purchase. Not only did I get a great price, but she organised delivery within a couple of hours. It's been a long time since I've got this kind of old fashioned service from an enthusiastic staff member. I'll be telling others to go straight there and I'll definitely be back for my next purchase. 10/10.

Have been served by a lovely assistant called Tanya, even though she was unable to get me the product that I wanted, the sheer fact of how she went out of her way to try and find out and her professionalism and friendliness I would definitely be returning back to this store for any other products.

Tania was so helpful, even looked up the Fridge we are looking for. They didn’t have one in stock in the store so we checked it elsewhere. Happy it was what we wanted we went back to Tania and she was great. All done. She is an asset to Retravision. Great service.

Brilliant service. As soon as staff observed us waiting we had offers to help, did we want the shop model as it was last in stock or new stock coming in next week. Asked about extension cords, another guy looked them up and went and got one while our guy was getting our box for the cleaner. Even saw a young staff heading out stop to serve a customer. We will be doing all our electronic shopping here from now. Best service.

We purchased a Fujitsu Air Conditioner last week and we were served by such a pleasant young staff named Brooke. She has impeccable manners and provided us with an excellent customer service. We were very impressed with her skills and genuine care for customers. She informed us of the promotions and discounts and ensured that we got a really good deal.
