The best service I’ve had anywhere for a long time! I was given the task of getting numbered team singlets for my son’s basketball team in 24 hours and thanks to Claudia at Armando Sports O’Connor we got it done. Definitely went the extra mile and was lovely to deal with. 6 stars !!

I would like to personally say that one of your younger looking workers with the name Will was a very diligent and helpful worker. He helped me find what I was looking for and even went through the trouble by looking in other stores if what I was looking for was there. He was very polite and knowledgeable and he should be very proud of himself.

Great team and service. Rocked up at 4.50PM on a Friday to buy a table tennis table, and was greeted with amazing customer service and personal assistance in loading a difficult item.

This was the most enjoyable experience in a sport store yet, thanks to a young worker who i was informed that his name was Will. He incredibly found the exact product i was looking for from thin air like aladdin. He even kindly offered to ask the other stores for another product i had, and thanks to Will I found all of the things i was looking for my sons Birthday.

I have not been here myself but I am definitely planning to, just a quick question about those bball hoops outside. Are they free for public use?

Everyone at this place is incredibly nice especially a person named Will. Every product is at my price range even though I’m rich.

Can’t speak highly enough of Armando and his team. Such a high level of client service and nothing is ever a problem. Nothing he can’t source if he does not have in store. Highly recommended 💪

I had driven past this place heaps, I went to buy so swimming goggle and was totally amazed of the size of the place, they cater for every sport with a great selection anything you would want for sport. The staff were very polite and helpful. Great store .

I bought the wrong item from this store because I didn’t do my research properly or ask for help (I was in a rush). But then I realised and came to ask for a refund, sheepishly. They offer cash refunds on unused goods which is rare and awesome! And they could help me get the right product, that I actually wanted!

Amazing customer service. I had trouble assembling a basketball set. instead of telling me to contact the manufacturer Armando himself FaceTimed me on a Sunday morning with another set he’d unpacked showing me how to do a tricky bit. Would strongly recommend this store. Thankyou !

Was really let down by JK. (Poor service & poor info. provided) trying to buy footy boots for my 5yo grand daughter.
Went to O'Connor. Found exactly the perfect pair - size colour brand price.

A great place for shoppers

Brilliant service and product. Grabbed 10 adidas soccer balls for a pre school girls soccer team. Fantastic value for the balls at $15 each. Thank you so much 🙌☺
