Great store. Some prices are a bit steep on small non pet store specific basics(kmart can do better), but great advice and caring staff.

Great service, wide product offerings & friendly knowledgeable staff.

Very clean and inviting shop, lots of things to choose from, the staff are not pushy trying to sell you something,
They very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable
This will definitely be my go to shop, for all my pets needs

Shannon was such a great help when I came shopping with my large breed puppy. She helped me with the food selection and even carried the 15KG bags to my car as I had my dog with me. Would definitely visit the O’Connor store and Shannon again. Thanks :)

The Manager was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions about my new pup. Every member of staff I encountered was an absolute delight and I even got a little gift bag with some sample products which I really appreciate. Very lucky that this is my local store!

I have always had pleasant time at City Farmers (now known as Petbarn) Questions asked, and solutions given. People working there are polite, knowledgeable, and are always there to help.

Well done! City Farmers appear back to their best. All staff there now are good. The product advice and agreeable manner are very lovely. New owners at the shop are keen to get things back to good old days when popularity was built upon great service and love for pets..still they should bring the parrot back!

The staff are friendly and know what they're talking about (if they don't you will promptly be out onto a member who does). I don't care much for department store chains and lack of knowledge when it comes to my best friend so this shop wins hands down (including other franchise that I may need to visit).
They also have an excellent veterinary clinic onsite which is extremely competitive (yet with care).
I buy most of my pet supplies from this store and have never been disappointed.

Staff are always friendly and eager to help when we are need of certain products. Big shout out to Paige today for helping me wash Rocco (1 year old doberman) as I couldn't due to a fractured finger. Its not easy handling Rocco and ita so helpful to know that staff are comfortable with all breeds. Keep up the good work! Rocco loves going in and saying hello to everyone!

Wonderful staff that go above and beyond, not just in giving me the best prices, they always remember me, asking how my cats are and often continuing conversations from previous visits 🖤

I popped in to get extra food for my Feline friends while housesitting for a friend. The friendly staff member asked me whether I had an account, and persevered to find my friend's account so that if the kitties didn't like the biscuits we could return them. She gave me a free sample just in case the gourmet goodness I'd bought wasn't to the liking of the cats in question.

One cat liked the purchase, the other wasn't a fan. Luckily they both liked the free sample.

We'll be back to exchange the biscuits. ☺

I am so happy with the service I received from Louis today. I was flustered and anxious as planning a trip to Karratha and organising a big dog and an old cat that I need to leave with friends. He googled info for me. Suggested I make a call. I did. He served. Then checked in with me. I purchased a carrier and new bed which he carried out to my car. Thank you for easing my worry. A very happy customer.

This is more than likely the best city farmers in Perth at the moment. The staff there are very friendly and they have the dog wash, grooming and veterinary clinic on site. This particular city farmers is the one that I would recommend
