Trinh was amazing! She served my Brother, mum and I, for a birthday gift for my brother’s partner. Sold us diamond ear rings and gold necklace/diamond heart. We are so happy with her service, friendly smile and helpful information. I highly recommend Trinh to help anyone buying gifts for their loved ones.

We called in to Angus & Coote this evening, Thursday 9 March the staff were busy with other customers when we walked in, however our presence was acknowledged and we were given a friendly greeting. The two staff, one was training and the other helping her were helpful, friendly and professional 👍 we will definitely go back there and we will absolutely recommend Angus & Coote Midland Gate to our family and friends 😁

Both Denise and Vanessa, very helpful and acted in the most professional manner under difficult circumstances. Their customer service is second to none. Would not hesitate to recommend and or shop at this store in the future, thanks entirely to them.

I want to compliment the lovely assistant at Angus and Coote in Midland. She was patient, helpful, attentive and kind. I am sorry I didn't get her name but I know she is the manager of the store. What a wonderful asset she is to Angus and Coote.

Staff were more than helpfull. Denise gave us options and help all the way. Which was difficult choosing for a 19yr old grandson.

I am so impressed with the service I have received from Sarah and Kathy at the Midland store. They've made my engagement ring exactly what I wanted after being dissapointed with a different brand of store. Such friendly service and went out of their way to get my ring to me asap! Highly recommend

Put some jewelry in to be fixed. Lady's where really friendly and helpful. Jewelry came back looking better than new and can't even tell where it was mended.

Nice store with a lot to choose from their watches rings necklaces you name it they have a customer service is also very good and you can find a few good items at a decent price so if you’re in Midland gate shopping centre it’s worth having a look
