My wife had work & cleaning done to her wedding ring, came up like new. Also I had a defect with my Tissot watch which they had repaired free of charge. Can't thank the ladies enough for the great service 👏 Awesome work team 🥰

Nothing but praise for the staff in store. Thank you for such fast and professional service when my Mother lost a ruby from her ring. You sourced a quality stone, had it put in, cleaned and back on her hand within 8 days. You were by far the best quote as well. Needless to say my Mother has since given you other jewellery to take care of as well. Great work.

We are disappointed as we were sold defective watches and did not receive a refund.
We sent them for repair and waited for over 4 months. Whether they will work properly now, we do not know.

Had a bracelet in for a repair I was told it would be a week. Tried ringing the store 2 weeks later it just rang out.

When I finally got ahold of someone they were rude and said I would receive a text when it was ready. Decided to leave it for another 2 weeks and went into the store to see if it was in on the off chance as I hadn’t received a text. The Lady in the store was rude and condescending. She was adamant it would not be back yet and refused to even check.

When she finally did check she magically found it and said I should of received a text which didn’t (all details were correct) She went on to give a fake apology and looked incredibly stupid.

I will never return here again, customer service isn’t hard and neither is being nice.

Had white gold tennis bracelet not even two years old ....faulty clasp that had to be tightened several times ...nearly lost bracelet .
Bracelet only worn occasionally otherwise in box ...snapped in half....took to this store ...woman told me via Head office " it was customer wear" ...absolute joke....and I had to pay for repair ...a gold bracelet does n't just snap...poor customer service ...you wonder about quality of items ...will never buy from this group of stores again..
I will be taking this other places...or consumer affairs....

I purchased a diamond bracelet in December of last year. The same day the bracelet dropped off my wrist as the catch was faulty. I asked for a refund but this was refused and the bracelet was sent to head office for repairs. 3 months on I have just picked up my bracelet and the catch has not been repaired!!! Really upset with Mazzucchellis and the lack of service and the attitude of the "customer service" staff. Will never buy from Mazzucchellis again.

Dont waste your time or money here. Manager has no idea what shes talking about when it comes to watches. Gave me the wrong information even though i was on the site looking at the watch. Zero care given and would rather be on the phone talking about personal stuff then actually serving a customer.

My daughter ordered an engagement ring, the staff called to say it was in. Wrong ring!!! Tried to say it was the correct ring and took no responsibility or apologise for a huge mistake. The staff were rude and condescending, the correct ring took months to arrive through covid. Instead of a happy occasssion it was miserable. Thanks rude staff, you need to improve your service. Will not be back and will make sure anyone we know will not go there.

I put my watch in for a battery and new link and was told it would be a few weeks. Three months later after repeatedly calling and visiting the store and I finally got it back. Terrible service. No apology

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I paid 93 dollars for a basic repair on my watch. I brought it in on the 27th of October 2017 and only got it back on the 6th of feb 2018 (over 3 month wait) when I was originally told 2 months max. It’s not even the excessive waiting time, it’s the complete lack of care for their customers and never updating me on the status of my watch. Don’t waste your time or money here like I did!

My partner bought me a Vera Wang Ring for Christmas 2017. Upon purchase my partner was assured that the ring could be resized by the staff. The ring was handed to the store on 26.12.2017 for resizing.

Only after more than two weeks of having the ring was I notified that they in fact couldn't resize the ring due to brand engravings. I was then given the option to either purchase another ring for the same value or have a special order done in my size. I opted to have the ring special ordered and I was told that I could check in with the store to see the progress of the order.

After a few months have passed I made a call to the store on Thursday 22.02.2018 to check how the order is progressing. I spoke to a gentleman that couldn't help me, but assured me that the store manager will get back to me the following day. I'm yet to hear from anyone from the store.

Today 26.02.2018, I tried to make contact with the store but the phone just rings out. I called the Midland Gate Shopping Centre information desk and they informed me that your store is open until 17:30pm.

I'm not suprised at the bad ratings this store has received online after my short time dealing with them. Once your money is handed over all the promises and smiles are all just for show and you are no longer a priority.

I really want this ring before I go to Melbourne in early April, but I will not be holding my breath. Much like dealing with the staff I'm not expecting much to happen from me posting this.
