I’ve been to the store recently and was served by the lovely Indianna. She was polite.. patient and helped me pick a pair of earring for my little girl that she loved. Makes a massive difference to shop somewhere and they make you feel they have time for you. Will definitely come again..

Had a great morning selecting a Xmas present for my sister from the Harry potter and Star Wars collection. Emily was so helpful and we had a good laugh while making our selections! The staff are great!

Pandora Midland honestly have the best team of friendly and helpful people. Used to drive 45 minutes just to buy new charms for the friendly service.

Staff really helpful, even helped find some codes of old charms so knew what to look for.
