Charles and his staff are truly the most knowledgeable Mac technicians I have ever dealt with. Coupled with a friendly can do attitude, they are part of the original independant small business shops that I hope will never close. Keep it up. thank you.

When an antsy customer tells them what she THINKS she wants - an expensive option - and they advise, and deliver, the better, much cheaper option. How good is that?? This has been our on-going experience of Charles & Tony, we are always SO impressed!

I went into the store to find a cover for my MacBook. I was served by a woman called Julie who was very helpful and was able to provide any answers to my questions.

Julie was able to bring in the case for my laptop online and said she will call me when they arrived as it takes a couple of weeks. Julie followed up by calling me and letting me know the case had arrived at the store.

I was left happy with the laptop cover case, but with the consistent follow up and check ins with me to make sure I was happy with the product.

If anyone needs assistance at this store I would recommend going to see Julie, as she provides great customer service.

I'm very grateful for the expertise and professional service from the team at Macs4U, who restored my relatively new MacBook Air when it refused to start up. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, which took a couple of days, but is now back in excellent working order.
Friendly service, clear explanations, straightforward help with signing in to various systems again. All this for a remarkably reasonable price!

Charles and the staff at Macs-4-U are absolutely brilliant. they spent hours carefully restoring and repairing my phone, as well as helping me to understand how to use online file saving etc. They took my broken phone that i was locked out of and restored it to perfect condition with great attention and care (and much patience and kindness for my utter lack of tech-knowledge!) The Macs-4u has been my "go to" Apple store for many years. I find their inventory levels, refurbished assets and customer service very friendly and reminiscnt of the old "village" store providers that made you feel like you are important to them. Great work - keep it up

I have been dealing with Macs4U since I can't remember. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable. The team takes their service seriously. They provide trustworthy advice and reseller dealer deals at reasonable rates. Yep, sometimes it gets expensive but that depends on what and how the device has been treated!

They're friendly, helpful and very knowledgable as well as being so accessible in the eastern suburbs. We have also had repairs and upgrades on our products and have been completely satisfied with the work and time involved. My family and I have been buying Macs, new and 2nd hand, and having our Macs serviced with Charles for nearly two decades, or almost as long as they've been in business. I would not go anywhere else now, even if I could find new products cheaper at other stores. I doubt anybody could compete with the quality of customer service and aftercare, or the integrity of the staff at this business. They've saved my day on so many occasions and always delivered the best of products and service, going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our satisfaction and value-for-money. After the lack of assistance and knowledge from another store, we were delighted with the professionalism and knowledge from the team at Macs4U. They were friendly and efficient and half an hour later we went home with the iPad working brilliantly. We highly recommend them .

I have used their sales advice to purchase my gear, but their real strength is the excellent service they give after the sale is made.
My iMac decided to have a hi-cough and they sent me parts and advice which saved me travelling 600km and taking an overnight stay in Perth.

After Apple Perth advised my 2010 Mac Air was irreparable and I should buy a new one, I took it to these guys to recover my hard drive contents. Not only did they help me get my data back, but they advised they could probably fix my Mac - which they also did, for under $100. Very happy and would definitely go back again.
