Went in store to exchange a ring due to sizing.
Suzie and Tenielle offered absolutely fantastic Customer Service and Support, particularly after an issue had been identified in their system. A follow up call later to confirm the exchange further enhanced the experience. Couldn't have faltered them.

Got given a gift watch from Angus and Coote in Joondalup and then went in shortly after to get some links taken out… long story short, after 40min or waiting.. links were not attached properly and watch band was not functional. So I took the watch to Angus and Coote in karrinyup who were amazing, fixed the issue quickly. Very friendly, welcoming and professional, will definitely be back again!

I purchased a ring for my mums birthday.. the ring was lovely but…it took several more weeks than we were told to arrive. That’s totally fine, my mum was happy to wait for the ring.
Unfortunately what truly disappointed me was the fact I wasn’t told there was an extra EIGHTY DOLLAR charge for a larger ring size until I went in to pick it up. For reference I went into the shop twice to look at the ring and after sizing, it was never mentioned that there would be an extra charge (which makes sense because more material is used). And then even after calling the store twice more and upon receiving the call to pick up the ring, there was still no mention of this up charge. I thought I had paid for the whole ring before ordering it.
It definitely would have been okay if we were told at the very beginning, it just feels scammy to have this extra charge sprung on you last minute after the ring was even made. I also don’t understand how it is okay to incur this extra cost with no communication to the consumer. If I didn’t want to pay the extra would I have been able to refuse the ring?

On 25.3.24 went in to complain that the crucifix I purchased last November was unwearable due to two holes on the bottom shaft. Which had hurt my 2 week old Grandson. I did explain that I was not able to bring it back sooner as our other Grandson had been hospitalised a few times in that time frame.
The sales person would not consider exchange the faulty product and it had to be sent away to be assessed. No communication for 5 weeks and when we returned to the store we were informed it eas still in the warehouse. My husband called today 14th may to be told it is waiting to be picked up. Apparently 3 calls were made but no message left . Customer service???

Terrible customer service and bad quality, Never buying here again. Bought a bracelet and noticed it had two loops melted together, accepted it as it wasn’t that visible. I then lost the bracelet on the second day after purchase as the closure didn’t hold up either - which I saw when I found it again two weeks later in my driveway (so lucky). I returned to the store to see if they could help me out. I was told they don’t sell bracelets like this and that I must’ve purchased it elsewhere. I hadn’t kept the receipt because I didn’t need one to receive customer service since around 2010, also I didn’t plan to return it. I went back with my bank statement and purchase date so they now had to acknowledge they sold me this bracelet. And it really just needed a new closure! They sent it in to their head office. Now, 7 weeks after I first came into the store, I received a statement that they won’t do anything about it, telling me again that they wouldn’t have sold it like that. They offered me to buy a new one at a discounted rate, just so I spend even more money at their store?! Thanks no thanks, customer lost but saved $10 (what a new closure would cost them). Also amused by the manager and the employee who threw their hands up in the air saying ‘they’re just the messengers’. How did they make it through the recruitment process?

Yesterday, I went to the Karrinyup store with my little one and it was very bad experience at Angus & Coote store. One of the customer lady on the store was so rude and arrogant. I asked her about a few products but the way she responded was so disrespectful. Even she said to her colleague that they have to clean the store as I made a milk bottle for my baby and their store is new and now it will smell. Such a unprofessional and abusive behaviour. Store manager should check the cameras and let me know if there was any mess.
After that I approached to the other young lady, she was friendly and provided good service to us and I bought two watches from her. I bought the products from there because I waited for a while with my baby.
These days people judge you on your clothes and appearance.

My fiancé went in today to exchange a broken necklace, long story short she felt humiliated, belittled and unwelcome by the two mature women working. Never will we purchase or recommend A&C to anyone ever again.
