I went in to the Midland store Thursday night
Was serverd by Ariel and helped by the store manager Both were amazing
Ariel was a pleasure to deal with and is a asset to your company
Happy ,efficient and very customer focused

Went in today to buy a golf glove and they didn't have the size I needed so I asked a lovely Young lady by the name of jade and she didn't hesitate in helping me out she went out the back and found me one. Absolutely awesome customer service someone a retail store needs.

I went into Rebel sports Midland not knowing much about shoes I needed for gym and running. A young lady Kaitlin came up to me and gave me great information on what would be the best shoes that fit my lifestyle and physical activities I do. She was very clear and helping through this whole process. I ended up buying three pairs.
Would highly recommend midland rebel for there great customer service .

The staff are absolutely awesome.
I was looked after by Codi and I will have to say his customer service is A1. Codi treated me like a friend and not like a customer, he was very patient and understanding to what sort of joggers I needed.

Awesome service from the floor staff. Pretty happy with the price paid for the items. Some prices are not displayed and need to check with staff again and again.

Purchased new runners today and was served by Coddi.. awesome happy young lad with great customer service skills. Thanks for assisting me Coddi

As we entered the rebel shop in midland Jamie approached us and asked if he could provide any assistance, when we said yes he had offered great service and great knowledge about the shoes and kept trying to do his best to find an amazing shoe for my son as he was reliable for getting sizes for the shoes and kept our budget in mind as he had went above and beyond and it was very appreciated, thank you for being patient, extremely helpful and for being so nice Jamie.

Was in the store last week and received good service from floor staff, then placed an order online for a different purchase. Vicky followed up with a phone call and explained the situation and possible options. Great communication during whole process and a great outcome for this customer - thank you

The managers here are so switched on and helpful. Shout out to Vicky and another female manager who went above and beyond to help me resolve a problem with faulty shoes.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service from Bree in Midland, I was in the middle of buying 2 bikes and other things online while she answered all questions and helped me choose what I needed over the phone she guided me through everything. Simply Outstanding Bree and thank you. I got the two bikes and other things I wanted, and Rebel Got a nice quick sale. I will certainly use this method again. Can't wait to get the bikes delivered. My Experience with the purchase was really great.

I had a young lady come up to me and politely asked if I wanted any help with anything.

This girl was very helpful, diligent and willing to assist in any means possible in finding the right clothing for my son as it’s his 11th birthday.

She made my experience at rebel sport very easy and she deserves all the praise that she might get.

I don’t know who she is but she put a sticker on one of my Track pants and it said Lily D if that helps at all.

Customer service. My gosh I'm not sure what has happened but I returned to rebel Midland the other day. And the staff where absolutly incredible. Shopping is hard enough with a toddler but two staff actually interacted with him and talk to him and even gave him a sticked. They showed me the discounts. And where just so wonderful. The best customer service I've ever experienced!!!
