My sister and I were served by Asha (the day before Christmas Eve) and honestly received the most amazing customer service I’ve had in a store before. We were approached as soon as we needed someone, very quickly the store became packed full of people and Asha continued to give support, advice and encouragement. They had limited stock of the length of the bracelet I was after and Asha continued to provide options despite the store being packed full of people. At one point she was serving both me and my sister and another customer to the best of her ability, after finding what I wanted she placed the item in a well presented box and bag. This girl deserves a raise or promotion!! Will be back for sure.

I went into Zamels to buy a gift for a work colleague and needed to buy something to go with other jewellery she already had. The salesperson Doha was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for. She offered suggestions and was very patient while I thought about my options. Once I made a decision the Store Manager further discounted my purchase. Overall I found the staff so lovely to deal with and Doha made every effort to help. Thank you both

Appalling customer service and denial of consumer guarantees by this company - if item you purchase is defective contact Consumer Protection in your State for help enforcing your legal rights - you’ll need it!

Went into the store for a gshock that was advertised for $169 right outside the window. At the time of payment they said the price was more and due to human error they placed a similar looking watch but with a different model number. Even the sales executive acknowledged its not our mistake and we would get the watch at the price advertised. She assured us the manager would sort out the issue the next day and call us. Didnt recieve any call and when I called back she just was so rude and didnt understand the whole situation and refused to honour the commitment. Should have gone by the earlier reviews. Zamels is not the shop I would recommend you should buy products from. On top of that she was audaciuous enough to challenge us to put a review even.

I don’t even want to give one start but unfortunately that is minimum to write my experience. I bought I ring few months back and I was told size can be adjusted at anytime but turned out the size I want they can’t adjust it. It will need a special order. I put special order and gave ring back to the store Danika served me that day. She left Zamels after that. When I went back to follow up the update and they tested me as I am trying to scam them. I paid over $1000 for that ring with good faith. I have been to the store multiple times but no progress. One sales persons says one thing and other says another. I bought product from Zamels npr from Danika if I asked for refund they not even willing to refund me.

Jess’s behaviour was unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Their store. Terrible customer service. They have my money but I don’t have my product.
