This was a great car purchase experience, almost surreal. Kim was there on a Saturday morning waiting for me while late for our appointment, just to sell what was one of the last Tritons available at the time. Not only that, the vehicle had all the bits I was looking for plus the best price around. The drive from Perth was just a bonus. Stop for a pie and coffee at Bakers Hill and the adventure just gets better. It was a true honest friendly service worth every mile. Cheers Kim and the team.

First class service from Avon Mitsubishi. Turned up this morning at 8am with DPF warning and engine in Limp mode. All fixed by 10:30. Thanks to Reception staff, Service Manager and Technicians for prompt diagnosis and rectification. Now on way home to NSW.

Excellent service. After 80,000 trouble free kilometres my 2012 diesel Outlander flashed ASC fault and went into limp mode at Goomalling. Returned to Northam and Northam Mitsubishi fixed it immediately while we waited. On our way again in 20 minutes.

Fantastic service and advice,very honest staff told me straight that my car was not worth me fixing even though it could of meant $$$$ to them. And that was just over the phone!

Very dissappointed in a service broke down, but to their credit fixed the issue, and no trouble since. Just not sure about service standards now...

Generally a place for quick service and staff are very friendly. Had their mechanics been able to correctly and logically recognize the difference between a rear wheel bearing failure and a worn shock absorber that caused excessive road noise, I would have given them 4 stars. Had they on my return when complaining of this, and after they then placed the rear wheel on to the front giving greater road noise, that should have been obvious that their replacing a perfectly functioning rear wheel bearing would not have been replaced had they test drove the 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer and it would not have cost me $319.00. Had they accepted their misdiagnosed situation, I would have given then 5 stars.

If I could give them 0 I would. Terrible service. The vehicle was under warranty and we didn’t have it for 8 months with no compensation. Go somewhere else!!

Was happy to look and probably purchase a vehicle but the salesperson walked off to talk with another salesperson and his customer. Without getting onto a word war here and looking at your response....a simple " can you give me a few minutes to sort out or talk to my colleague and I will get back to you in a minute would have been suffice but to simply walk off???

Recommend avoiding this dealership, not upfront about extra costs that maybe applied when signing car in.
