Absolutely amazing here. The staff here have always gone above and beyond for me here. They almost all recognize me, been coming here for over 3 years, almost every outfit comes from here and each time it's an amazing experience. They really take the time to make sure you're happy and feeling good, they want to sell you clothes but only if you look and feel good and comfortable, they'll help you pick out what you're after and always my go to.

I've had issues going clothes shopping, but coming here is always a pleasure 😌

The team at the Midland Gate store are awesome.
I needed to return an online purchase, the process was so easy! The ladies were lovely to chat to, suggested some great options for my item exchange.
The store is so clean and easy to navigate, lots of great styles to choose from, including a huge range of underwear.

I had a great experience here with nada she paid great attention to what I wanted and with very little notice to the event she pulled heaps of opinions and really listened to what I was looking for and I didn’t feel judged at all 100% recommend nada and the girls at city chic also had a good laugh

Went there this morning to purchase a strapless bra and as soon as I walked in the staff were friendly and helpful,
The lady that worked there was so helpful and friendly and knew what I needed and size.

Whoever was working at your midland Gate store in the afternoon on Saturday the 20th of June is outstanding at her job. I felt incredibly comfortable in the way she helped me, and one of the pieces I bought was something she picked out for me after asking for details about what I needed. I was already a fan of your store, but I will hesitate even less so to go there again for her services. 12/10.

Absolutely recommend the ladies at this store. I came in with a difficult return through zip pay and was having trouble locating required information. They assisted me through the whole process with not even a hint of annoyance. The service from start to finish was friendly, professional and fun to be a part of. Casey and Lisa, thank you so much!
