Adrian has been very accommodating throughout my time at All Bay Mini Storage Wynnum, having moved from Melbourne to Brisbane earlier this year Adrian was able to recommend a correct size unit, moving in was a breeze with the available lift and trolleys. We found the unit was very clean and accessible which eased our minds leaving all our belongings there for over 4 months, this was also helped by the great security the premises has. I’d highly recommend All Bay Mini storage for all your storage needs. They even have a courtesy truck to help move in and out of the unit shed. My experience was an amazing one!

We hired a storage unit while we were prepping our house for sale. As part of the process, we used the truck to transport some household contents to our new home in Maleny. Everything was super easy, with Adrian available online to answer any query or question. I've previously used a different storage company in the area, but after using 'All Bay' for the first time on this occasion, I will certainly be recommending 'All Bay' to friends in the area.

Best rates I could find in south east Brisbane. The complementary truck that’s available for use is a huge bonus. Clean immaculate units with operating lift and easy to use trolleys. Adrian provided great assistance and communication throughout my hire here (9 months) which has made the transition in and out very smooth. Thank you.

Great storage units. This is the second time I have used All Bay mini Storage and both times it has been a breeze. Adrian is very easy to deal with and the whole process if very smooth. The units are extremely secure and we didn't have any issues with Water or pests either time. the second and most recent use was an upstairs unit but the list made the use easy. would recommend to anyone needing a storage solution

Great storage unit! Extremely good price considering the high quality of the facilities. Very clean and tidy facility and the fact they have a truck available for use whilst renting a unit is just the cherry on the top. Adrian was also very helpful whenever I had any questions or queries.

The owner is amazing, and replies to you extremely quickly, the storage unit I got was a perfect size for all my belongs! Easy access to my unit, nice and secure and very clean! - Location - Couldn't miss it! Nice and close, to everything needed and plenty of petrol stations in all directions.
- Cleanliness - Top notch, well maintained.
- Affordability - We shopped around and were looking at double the amount for a shed @ ground level and smaller at well known storage facilities. Definitely cheaper than most!!
- It's not a 24hr storage but that was fine for all the pros!! Opening hours worked in fine for us.

* Adrian - Not a single complaint! Really nice guy, easy to deal with, no issues at all. He put up with me, so he did amazing 😅

* Free on-site truck - This was a major highlight!! Only had to refill the gas (diesel) used! 👀😍 Saved us sooo much!!
- Just checking truck calender and book in to secure your day needed (if free)

I would 1000 percent recommend this place to anyone and will totally use in the future if i move again!

Great service at a great price provided by Adrian and his team, the storage bay that I had was spotless and the free use of the truck on moving in day was great. There is always plenty of trolleys to get your gear from your car to the storage bays. Would highly recommend using them again.

The facilities were clean, toilets were available and the storage was well presented.

Everything was a smooth process from start to finish, what my wife particularly were grateful for was the ability to use the on-site truck.

Easy Access, great staff who are very helpful and great price especially with truck hire available as well. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. have now used it on two separate occasions and would go back in an instant if i needed storage again.

The Manager, Adrian was helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Having access to the free moving truck was useful. Access to the unit via the lift was easy and convenient. The cost is very affordable and I would highly recommend All-Bay Mini Storage Tingalpa.

My experience of dealing with All-Bay Mini Storage Tingalpa was excellent. I needed storage for some overflow items inbetween moves at short notice and the team went over and above to help me.
They let me use the truck to move my items and the storage unit was very clean. They even gave me a new lock free of charge.
For the location, the new facilities, the on site security and overall professional service, i highly recommend these guys.
Compared to others in the area, the rates for the storage and the insurance were also very reasonable.

Excellent customer service from the initial call to enquire about the availability of a small storage unit to the final email following the final day of lease - very polite, professional and respectful. The owner manager made time to show me around the facilities and showed me how tot use the key pad for the code to the security gate. He also explained, in detail, the safe operation of the service lift and why it was important that no person ride in the elevator. Trolleys are also provided for ease of transferring furniture, boxes etc. I was also advised that a vehicle may also available for furniture removal if required.

I used the truck that available for use free of charge to move my items in. The service has been great. The storage unit is clean and tidy, they have trolleys to use to move items in the lift making it easy to unload and load items. I would 100% recommend.
