Weipa Bowls Club

Tasty food and cold drinks at this busy popular club. Mostly local crowd. Had the parmy which didnt disappoint but the steak looked pretty good as well. Indoor and outdoor seating.

One of the best pizza dishes I've ever had. The seafood pizza was fresh and tasty, the serving size was enormous. The place is a mix of families and people employed by the mines. A bar is here and the bistro has a lot of options for food.

Food was delicious, well priced, friendly staff
makes for a good night out with friends.
Pokies are far enough away so they can't be heard when eating.

Great met people from home

Good food and nice staff. Puts it's local competition at the bottom of the rung in comparison. Pints of beer are cheaper than Cairns too. Well done to the management and team here for making the bowls club a wonderful place to visit. 5☆

Simply great place to be. The staff are so friendly as are the members. Great service and great meals from the restaurant.

Our go-to in Weipa, the Bowls Club is great for a sit down meal, take-away, or just a great place to get on the grog. Their restaurant serves inventive takes on classic fare (always check the specials), serving sizes are generous and their pizza is very good. Service has always been friendly and fast. They also do group functions, just call ahead because they get quite busy.

Nice food , friendly staff, nice atmosphere

I’ve been coming to the ‘bowlies’ for 20 years. It’s the best meal in Weipa, lovely hard working and friendly staff both on the bar and in the restaurant. Meals are usually excellent, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is extensive and high class. We eat there regularly and are never disappointed.

Highly rate this venue. Meals are very acceptable for the $$. Its family focused and the custom service is good. If you are in Weipa give it a go .🙂👍

I had Steak Burger and Judy had Schnitzel and they were mouth watering.

Fabulous stop for a weekend lunch- staff are wonderful, food is reliably good and facilities (esp children's playground) make life easier for the family. Thanks 'Bowlies'!

Good feed and good beer at the Bowls Club. Can't buy take away from the bottle shop without joining the club (membership $10).

Such a family friendly wonderful place to spend weekend evening with family. Restaurants set up and food both great.
