Nathan is a legend! He honestly went out of his way to help us out with supplies, even coming in on his days off for us to restock. 100% couldn't recommend a fishing store, or any store really, more than this. Great staff, great service, top owner. Also, for a store in the middle of BFE, he has everything needed for an epic FNQ trip.

A poor experience that turned out great. Went into have a tip replaced on a gloomis rod. The young bloke had no idea what he was doing and cut the old tip off with a pair of pliers. The graphite split and effectively destroyed the rod. The manager at tackleworld didn't argue about the damage, he just took me over to the rack and let me pick an equivalent rod.

Fantastic service Nathan and Ian done for us .we hired there brand new boats gave us great pointers where to go fishing ,could not of been more helpful

Some people take "tackle" too seriously. I was looking at some fishing rods and some guy tackled me to the ground out of nowhere. Like, boundaries people boundaries! It's a pandemic people!
