Bree at reception for check in was very professional, accommodating and great customer service.

Food at the pub side was great had 2 different meals and everyone was very happy with what they ordered. Even with being busy the food was great. Bar service was excellent.

Would definitely recommend if staying in Weipa.

Food was awesome.. drinks are cold and the entertainment was good value. Ideal place to hang out for the day with the family.

I stayed here recently, and really enjoyed my time here. The covered outdoor seating area is a great place to spend the afternoon. You can see the water, while having a beer. You can order food from the bar also, and take it outside. The deck near the restaurant is also a nice place to spend the afternoon. There are daily tours of the area that run from the resort carpark also. I would stay here again.

Lovely pub.
Went for dinner with friends. The food was good, cold beer and an absolutely beautiful view of the sun going down over the water.

The food was unreal, good atmosphere and a great view.
The staff were very friendly, we enjoyed our meal and drinks even though the kookaburras stole some chips.

We went there during the trivia night, it was really busy but still manage to have a to notch prawn linguini for dinner. My husband ordered their steak specials and it was great. Really enjoy the vibe in their sports bar.

Got the tradies lunch for $10. Was one of the best beef curry's I've had in a long time. Was well worth the price. Everyone was super friendly and did their best to make our stay welcoming. Definitely recommend!!
Only complaint is there was no GF option at breakfast apart from fruit

Fantastic food, we all really enjoyed our lunch. The location overlooking the water was fantastic.

I've been going to the Alby for a while now while working up here and the staff have always been great. Even during the really busy nights when things can get a bit stretched they do their best to take good care of everyone and make sure you have had a good night. The food is really good and I've got to recommend the wings, dead set the best wings I've had hands down. Saucy and moist with just the right amount of crunch 👌
The view out the back is pretty good too at sunset...
If you're stopping by in Weipa for a resupply before continuing on your travels save yourself the washing up and go catch a sunset dinner at the Alby 👍

The restaurant is located in the most beautiful spot on a big wooden deck overlooking the sunset over the ocean. The food is a bit pricey but totally worth it and so good that we have a standing booking to start off our weekend right every week! You HAVE to try the rack of lamb. Absolutely A+. Plus there's a playground to keep the kids busy and they hand out free colouring in packs. So family friendly.

Great menu. Nice out doors areas. Family friendly and friendly staff. Has plenty of tvs to watch football or whatever. Had a huge outdoor screen for State of Origin.

We had the best restaurant manager named Daniel very pleasant very friendly meal was awesome I highly recommend you come for dinner while in Weipa.

THE Best Sunset I have ever seen sipon a beer while watching the sun go down on the back deck and your inn.

We had dinner, didn't stay. The food was incredible, as was the service. Great location.

Staff in the restaurant were exceptional. 1 lady in particular and I wish I got her name so the boss is aware of her professionalism

All my work colleagues recommended I'd go to the Albatross Bay Resort for my day off work for lunch. Meals seem expensive however they have a fresh but large meals which was definantly value for money. They have great seating areas, staff are super welcoming and friendly and the ambiance is great too with the locals. Highly recommended and will be back again soon

Fantastic Stay! Thank you! Love the live band! Only suggestion l have is maybe having a live band playing every fortnight! Amateur or Professional, just makes for a great night!

Great food, nice cold beer and big screen for the footy

Very nice rooms. Lovely pool. Laundry use is free. Hire cars available. Didn't use the restaurant so I can't comment on it.
