The pharmacy has that 1950’s customer service. It feels good to be served by such friendly staff and pharmacists. They don’t make you feel like they’re doing YOU a favour by serving you. Thank you Sam and staff.

Great old-fashioned personal service addressing you by first name. Prescriptions come out super fast, so much better than that other big chain.

Wonderful customer experience. Sam, Ahmed, Chris and The weekend pharmacist are very helpful. Wait is a bit long for me but way better than the other chemists in the area. The boys and girls at the counter are always on their feet helping and serving their customer, one time only one boy was at the front and he ran back and forth to help every and all customers. Me and my family appreciate this pharmacy and it's staff a lot

I usually come by here when I am visiting my parents house however I’m inclined to come here more often for my needs even though I live out of area.

Such an Amazing staff and team that work together to make this a great place to go to get all your essentials. Sam and his staff at the back are very informative to answer your questions regardless of how many you have in order to understand what you are after whether if it’s face to face or via phone and the staff at the front again very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Highly recommend this business for anyone 10/10

Cincotta at Macquarie Fields is the best pharmacy in the area. This pharmacy is run the way pharmacies used to be. They are always busy, but still take the time to give you personalised service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After using Chemist Warehouse for most of my medications I ran into issues having them dispense the same meds because it apparently wasn't covered...
Walked into Cincotta and was told they could be dispensed but at a lower quantity... That service was already 10000x better than what I got with the inconsistent & poor service at Chemist Warehouse...
Although when they ordered my stock in, I received a different brand, I was advised that they could order the regular brand I use for my everyday medications.
Happy to keep coming back here and being served by the lovely staff!

I would just like to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your hard work and dedication you have and continue to show through this extreme, horrific health crisis.
It must be extremely difficult coming to work knowing that this horrific virus is learking and could present itself any time.
I for one are very grateful that you all come to work and manage to ease our concerns over our health issues.
You are the unsung heroes.
If we had no access to our daily medications that each and everyone in our Community requires.
Our community as a whole would be severely handicapped.
Without our daily medications and over the counter items available we would all be in a whole lot more pain than we are.
Some of us have chronic injuries that unfortunately require medication for their pain levels.
Others need a tablet to keep hearts ticking and blood pressure at bay.
You all provide a very necessary service that effects each and everyone of us in our community.
Even for simple items like toilet paper, tissues, hand sanitizer or dishwashing liquid.
Knowing that you face uncertainty in your safety at work makes it more commendable that you all turn up for work each day.
You are all Sons, Daughters,Parents, Sisters, Brothers, Aunts and Uncles to someone in your lives.
As a Mum myself I can only imagine the fear each and everyone of you face each day just going to work.
Our Community needs to come together and be kinder in your work environment. Let's all follow the rules. Keep distance whilst in lines etc. Don't push, be patient, even be kind.
It will help put your minds at peace a little.
Best of all just show respect and be grateful and appreciative that you all are kind and care for us as a Community.

These people are above and beyond excellent customer service today Sam and all the girls really looked after me and their so knowledgeable 5stars was given but for the excellent service I got today I would happily give 10 stars if that was possible

Very friendly, helpful staff. Not like bigger, busier places that treat you like cattle.

An amazing local chemist where they really do get to know, and care for, their customers. I never knew how awesome it was to have a chemist care more about my health then their profits. The main chemist and all his staff run an amazing service here.
