I arrived in Australia today with my husband, and our experience with Lin Cheng, the customer advisor, and Jude Zhu, the branch manager, at NAB Bank was exceptional. They went above and beyond to assist us in opening our bank account, patiently guided us through the process of installing the bank application, and even helped set up our mobile wallet. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made our transition so much smoother. We truly appreciate the time and effort they dedicated to ensuring we had a positive experience.
