Great shop, always find what I'm looking for! Especially good at Christmas time with all the decorations. Feels like an old fashioned newsagent in the best way.

John has been a happy face that I've known for decades and I have been there many times with my young children. Also I am asian and we have a lovely chat every time so reviews that have said he is racist is confusing. This local business is a hub for chats which I enjoy a few times a week when I pick up my paper!

JOHN IS THE BEST EVER literally tried soo hard to get me taylor swift tickets, i had lost most hope but he kept trying when he absolutely didn’t have to and EVENTUALLY I GOT TWO! can’t thank him enough, so so lovely and sweet of him. getting those tickets was all credit to him and i am so grateful

Well, good on the Trolls, above! John, Cassie and the staff are wonderful here. Always go over and above. Their selection of cards, giftware and execution of Tatts is exceptional. Saying they should be @ Centrelink proves that you trolls have NO idea about running a business! By the way,, John runs a great shop, NOT a Kindergarten, Perhaps you should look after your children and allow them to run around rather than a place of business? Keep up the great work guys!

Most amazing customer service I have ever seen. The gentleman working here had a lovely positive attitude toward every single customer, he knew most of them by name and would greet everyone no matter what. I was so emotional by observing how he treats his customer so I approached and thanked him for his kindness, we both got emotional, and it made me cry.
To the person I met today (unfortunately I forgot to ask his name), you're amazing and it's so heart-warming and beautiful to see that kindness and humanity still exist. THANK YOU 🕉🙏🏼

Saved my bacon when I needed a Kris Kringle on Christmas Eve. Excellent selection of fun gifts, unlike the other "gift stores" in the area.

I love this newsagent! They have the best products. They're a little expensive but, worth it. They also always have great topical displays and options, like for Christmas or Easter. It's my go to for special events and if I need a card or gift wrapped for literally any occasion.

What a fantastic place! A bit like an Aladdin's Cave. Currently it's stocked with lots & lots of Christmas goodies, but also beautiful cards, candles, interesting gifts just right for stocking stuffing as well as topping up a gift for someone. Plus lots of the usual Newsagency stationery & odds & ends. Such lovely things. I even picked up Belgian Truffles & produce bags. They're also a Ticketek collection point so you can collect your tickets here too. Parking is best out the back in the supermarket car park.

This shop has all the regular stuff you expect a news agent shop to have, but beyond that the staff is really helpful and sweet. On one occasion, one of the staff members (Cassie) went way out of her way to help me out with a gift wrap and wedding card that I was going to prepare and mail to my friend who had just married in the US. I was so impressed by and appreciative for how sweet Cassie was, and the way she was treating customers. On another occasion, the gentleman who works there (I should have asked for his name, too, but I was in a rush) was so helpful when I was looking for a congratulation card with some specific criteria (i.e. some really nice card that doesn't have the price printed out on the back, etc.) They treat you like you are their relative, not just a customer. And I think that's really nice.
