I visited many shops in a major shopping centre trying to find someone who could help fit my son for a shirt and shoes for his valedictory evening. I found no one who was either interested enough to help, or had any knowledge or expertise. Then I tried Bob Stewart and met Omar. His calm and gentle manner combined with expert knowledge of both shoe and shirt fitting was so helpful to me and such a relief to find. We walked out very happy and satisfied customers. My son has intellectual disability and was treated so respectfully whilst being fitted expertly. Thank you so much to Bob Stewart and Omar for your respectful treatment of customers and the service you offer.

I went to Kew to get my daughters uniform ready and I had a WONDERFUL customer service from Ann she was very kind and helpful. I really love being served by Ann because she is just a wonderful person and provides great customer service. This was my experience at Kew and I just wanna show my gratitude and thanks to Ann.

The prices are reasonable, the quality of the clothes is good (as evidenced by the strong second hand trade at Deepdene Primary) and the staff are great considering they deal with kids all day. Downstairs there is a range of general clothing. I appreciate the service and opening hours too. I bought a black dress shirt for my son on the day of school photos, the 8am opening time was great and they steamed the shirt!

The service provided by this company is excellent. I needed to hire a number of suits at short notice, and despite being told by other suit rental companies that such a request would not be possible, the team at Bob Stewart took care of it, and at a very reasonable price too. They exceeded my expectations for customer service. I highly recommend them.

An amazing small business for Kew!
Things are quite expensive, but it is to be expected with the great service and good quality of items. When I was shoe shopping there the man helping me was extremely helpful, even though there were no shoes that fitted me. Anybody looking for good service and high quality products around Kew must come here.

Had to purchase sons footy gear and winter trousers for school.
The service here was great, even thou l went there 20mins b4 closing. They didn't have his size for the trousers so ordered the size I needed and text me when they came in. Fast, friendly service.

Bob Stewart has helped me with my son's school needs for years. Being a single parent of 2 boys, their 'pick-up and charge' facility helped heaps. My sons just walked in the store to get what they needed and charged to our account. Bob Stewart has been very forgiving on payments and has been supportive esp on peak season where we needed lots of school items. My eldest son is now 33 years old (ex-Trinity Grammar) and my other boy is graduating (year 12) from Melbourne High (with Carey since prep). Bob Stewart made it easy for me to manage the cost of their uniforms! We even got Christmas cards from Bob!

Happy with service. Always been someone there to assist. Do they always have everything.... no, but you just order and it comes in within a few weeks. They text you it's arrived. Obviously not leaving things until the last minute would help :)

Easily the most comprehensive uniform store in Melbourne. My children have been to several schools over the years, but Bob Stewart has been always the logical choice for uniforms.
