Big thanks to Lara and Cait for all their help in finding my costume! They’re amazing and will go above and beyond. Was a very good experience and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The store has an extremely wide variety of costumes/ decorations and is a must to check out for anything Halloween!

How fantastic is Masquerade Costumes! A three hour drive to Melbourne in search of a specific wig for my daughter for her Demon Slayer cosplay costume. We were expecting a full day of driving from place to place to try and find something that would be as close as possible. Our first stop was Masquerade, in and out with the perfect wig in hand in 20 minutes flat! The staff were awesome and Steve was amazing! He went to the extra effort of cutting and styling the wig to be exactly as the photo we showed for reference! Should be able to give 6stars for above and beyond! Would recommend to everyone, and if you can't find what you're looking for, ask Steve!

What can I say about this place. Most importantly it’s a whole vibes as soon as you walk in the door. Great staff. Welcoming & helpful. I had a fun time transforming into my new Alter Ego Purple Pimping Skillz aka Don DRIPPINGTON… watch out you might see him make an appearance around Melbourne. Costume of the year - KEEP IT PURPLE!!!

I had a great experience at Masquerade recently! The brief was to glam up for a Hollywood Glamour 60th birthday party... It felt like a big ask for someone older than 60(!), overweight, allergic to high heels, unwilling to buy a new outfit, with an extremely short curly/afro hairstyle, and a decidedly non-glamourous approach to life atm! But... with the enthusiastic assistance and creativity of Jazzie, Josh and Steve (owner and "wigador"!), I was successfully transformed into Ella Fitzgerald for a night ... via a lovely, vintage 1950s mint green and white-polka-dot taffeta frock, fur stole, wig, bling, white silk gloves and lots of accessories.
Thanks for the concept and all the help, you guys! It was great fun planning it and a good night full of compliments!

Steve is a true dress up artist! Unlike other fancy dress places we visited, the staff at Masquerade went to extraordinary effects to ensure that the customer was totally accessorised and perfect

Your artistry and intuition served us well and we looked completely authentic and fabulous AND we had lots of fun trying on all of your unique costumes. We especially loved the way you thought on your feet and fetched costumes from your back space- what a treasure trove! No need to go anywhere else - you're the best.

Steve and his team were extremely friendly and helpful putting together a fantastic Elvis costume for me. Even went the extra mile styling a wig in true Elvis style! A big 'thank you very much' to Masquerade, I would highly recommend them.

Meg was amazing! She helped us dress for our renaissance costume party and was beyond helpful. Her expertise and advice helped me be perfectly dressed for the occasion. The vibe was friendly and fun and Masquerade will be my first stop for any costume parties in the future. 10/10!

Had the most beautiful experience at Masquerade Costumes. Steve is exceptional and styled my Lucille Ball wig to perfection. He even asked which Lucy look I was attempting and went above and beyond to make my experience extra special. Cannot rate him highly enough! Thank you for being fabulous!

Outstanding customer service. Maryanne was able to help pull together a few different hire items for a costume. All the staff are very friendly and have a 'nothing is too difficult ' attitude. Highly highly recommend this business for a costume to purchase or hire
