Love the Baby Direct Preston store and the sales assistant there was helpful, patient and courteous. Went for a specific item and came out with that plus a couple of other items. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic customer service better than any I have had at a baby store in Melbourne. We purchased a pram a couple of weeks ago, which was delivered to us within a week, and then received a call from Baby Direct making sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely be doing more of our shopping here in the future.

Attended with my sister and we were both very impressed with the attentive, informative, genuine and kind service we received from all staff. Left store with some big baby items and felt really good about my purchase. Although they don’t stock the widest range, I’d definitely return.

I went to Baby Direct Preston to purchase furniture and essentials for the upcoming birth of my baby. The service was so personalised and I was so well looked after. I felt like my baby and I were the only people in the world, and the staff were more than accommodating. The staff asked and listened about my lifestyle and were able to give me options on various products that I could select from. The staff were also very knowledgeable about their products and were able to demonstrate how to use each and everyone. I was so happy to buy absolutely everything from this store due to the personalised service.

Good service and stock. Prices for items we were interested were cheaper than other stores we looked at. Special mention to George who was great despite our first parent million questions.
