Bought my first new car from Mareeba Mitsubishi although I live in Cairns. I enquired with a number of dealerships in Cairns but none of them seemed eager to assist me as they did not once contact me in response to my enquiry so I began to look elsewhere. Within two hours of sending an enquiry to this dealership Adrian called me to offer his assistance and found me what I was looking for with fast and professional service. He kept in contact with me to provide updates of where my order was at during the delivery process and had my car ready to pick up not long after it arrived at the yard. Received a follow up call from them 3 days later to check in with how I was going with the car and to book in the complimentary 1500km service. Every staff member I dealt with/spoke to at the dealership was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I will be recommending everyone I know in the market for a car to contact them despite the fact that they are a bit of a distance from Cairns. Big thank you to Adrian and the team.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Had just passed the town heading north when a major issue occurred with my car. Drove back into town and took it straight to mareeba mitsubishi who went above and beyond to fix it quickly so I could be on my way as soon as possible. Very friendly team and can't thank them enough.
