Tom at Clinical Labs Wonthaggi is a skilled pathology collector who has been drawing blood and collecting samples from patients, including myself, for quite a few years. He's never missed a vein and is clearly very knowledgeable and good at his job. He is also kind, courteous, discreet and personable and this makes me feel confident and relaxed about having pathology and other tests performed by him.

The guy that works there is amazing. I have to get regular blood tests and I am really anxious about it. He is so good at making me relax. I don't even feel the needle go in.

Experience was all good.
