There's no toilet at this petrol station. :( There are a number of Self service petrol kiosks. Clean. Next to a dog wash.

No bathroom for customers

$50 for assorted 5 day old donuts? Have never tried this place before, never will again. How can you send these old donuts out? Literally half of these were thrown in the rubbish as family couldn't eat them. Pie Face huh... I'll remember the name. Selling donuts that should have been disposed of days ago. Should be embarrassed 🤮🤮

22nd January 2023 12:09 service station completely locked although lights are on and pumps are working no staff inside ,6 cars fueling people trying to pay and can't get in.
Massive thumbs down to the female staff who ignored me for 5 mins while taking a personal call and making me wait to pay for fuel weeks ago also

Worst experience. Was running low on fuel. Checked online it says open till 10 pm but was closed @ 9:15pm when I reached.

Lucky I didn't bite into this $9 eyefillet pie. MOULD! I wish I could include the pic. Omg. Green mould inside the pie.

Pie Face “handcrafted oven fresh” means “microwave fresh” at this servo. Still $7 and still cold in middle. Lots of good bakeries in Warragul so don’t waste your money at Pie Face for a small microwave pie.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Refused to give change for carwash on same grounds-kept stating "different business' .Whatever happened to good old customer service? Staff always on their mobiles and talking on phone whilst serving. Overpriced petrol. LPG 9cents per litre more that Dandenong! Shell cheaper than this outlet service station to be avoided.
