Great experience with Warragul Mitsubishi. All the staff are so lovely. Ebony was really helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and didn't pressure me. Kayla was so kind and very thorough with the handover of my Mitsubishi Outlander and made sure it was absolutely perfect. Very happy with their service and highly recommend.

I’m an easy going customer - but when it comes to cars I drive a hard bargain and have a list of pre requisites to get me in the dealership… so not that easy going! Joel did not disappoint he was engaging, responsive and overall an excellent customer service professional. I would recommend to Joel to all my family and friends.
