Parnassus Function Centre

We had our wedding at Parnassus in March, the venue and the views were beautiful and the food was AMAZING! I have had a lot of comments about the beef brisket from guests who quite happily went back for seconds on the feasting platters. On the night, staff were very attentive and made sure my husband and I both had a drink in hand and that everything went smoothly.

In the week before our wedding Dannielle was an amazing help, I dropped off the box of place cards and signs and she just organised it all for me, took so much pressure off in such a busy week.

Honestly, I wish we could get married again just so we could spend another night at Parnassus!

The staff at Parnassus went above and beyond for our son, Andrew and daughter in law, Laura’s wedding on the 27th January. The venue itself was perfect and very well set out and catered for. A helpful and considerate staff left nothing out. The food was beautiful as was the breakfast the following morning. Bar staff were perfect, friendly and jovial. Couldn’t recommend more. Stunning is a understatement. With beautiful views this place is just fantastic. Attended a wedding ceremony here and the food, atmosphere and venue were all stunning. The food on other occasions went, was all fantastic. Highly recommend and stunning spot to get married or to come dine at.

This place is absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I attended our friends' wedding this weekend and were blown away by just how beautiful it is.

We had the fortune of staying the night - The room was large, clean and comfortable - with those breathtaking views to wake up to, too!

The staff were all lovely! Huge props to the blonde waitress and one of the owners for looking after my coeliac husband, the food was delicious (both gluten free and normal)! And to the beautiful bartender with the perfect eyebrows and beautiful singing voice - please keep singing, you're amazing! ♥ (I am awful with names, sorry!)

Where do I even start? Parnassus are like my second home. Danni, Tracy and the whole team are amazing. The food is to die for, the views are spectacular, what more could you want?

Every time I get booked to perform at Parnassus I do a happy dance, knowing how amazing the wedding will be! Here's to a super busy 2021! Can't wait to be back with you all.x

I recently shot a wedding there (Country Mile photography) - The Parnassus team was absolutely fantastic and provided us with everything we needed to make the day incredible. There are so many great photo locations and I cannot wait to be back there.

We just had our wedding here and through all the Covid postponements, guest list changes, the whole team at parnassus were so accommodating and supportive! Our guests were all blown away by the venue and food. We found the organisation of the day flawless! We were guided through the planning with danielle always happy to assist and answer emails at any hour! I couldn’t recommend this venue higher! We will definitely be back for a meal on their next function day! They made getting married a breeze

We loved our wedding at Parnassus! My Wife and I are so thrilled that everything went perfectly! Dannielle and the team at Parnassus took care of every detail: On top of all that the food was locally sourced and absolutely delicious. Even my Italian family enjoyed it!

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that has stunning views, AMAZING food, an incredible wedding coordinator, the most fun and friendly bartender I’ve ever met, then look no further than Parnassus. Danielle was absolutely incredible and made sure everything ran perfectly, I felt comfortable leaving my day in her hands and trusted her 110%. TJ, the bartender was the life of the party, not only is he an artist behind the bar, he is such a beautiful soul. We will be going back to Parnassus for every lunch/dinner/festival they have on. I could not have pictured our wedding to be THIS perfect, but Parnassus exceeded our expectations and more. We feel like we’re just apart of their family, and are forever grateful. Thank you ❤❤❤

Attended a wedding, it was a gorgeous venue. Stunning views, friendly staff, great food!

Such a stunning venue with the most spectacular views. We knew the moment we entered the venue that it was the place for us! The team worked closely with us the whole way, answering any questions or concerns very promptly. Our wedding was just perfect. The layout, the decorations, the food, the drink options, the staff were all incredible.

We had the the best wedding we could have ever imagined here. The staff are incredibly helpful and fun. The views are jaw dropping. Couldn't not recommend this place enough.

When my husband and I chose Parnassus as our wedding venue, it was not because I had seen the venue in person and fallen in love with the place (we were stuck at home during one of the last lockdowns, and I was restricted to looking at images on Instagram); it was because I knew based on the warmth and attentiveness of the venue coordinator, Dannielle, that we were going to be in good hands. Dannielle always promptly responded to my emails - no question or query was ever ignored - and paid attention to the smallest of details.
The venue itself is beautiful. The panoramic views of Mount Baw Baw are stunning, and there are so many cute, romantic spots around the grounds to take photos that we didn't have to change locations between the ceremony and reception.
The way the venue was set up was gorgeous, too. This is another area that Dannielle excels in as she is creative and visual in her approach.
One of the other things we got a lot of great feedback from our guests was the quality of the food. As vegetarians, we had the eggplant parmigiana, which was delicious. But the other guests, some of whom are farmers, could not stop raving about how beautifully tender the lamb shank was!
All in all, our experience at Parnassus was one that I am so grateful for. Everything went so smoothly and we were taken care of so well that I was able to actually enjoy myself and not stress (too much).
Thank you, Parnassus, for helping us to make our dream of an intimate, rustic wedding come true. We will definitely be organising another function here in the future. <3

Your level of quality is superb, we are left astounded at the level of dedication and hard work you put in every instagrammable area in your function centre. Truly, we all enjoy the place on the occasion of our friends wedding Mai and Clay.
