Brycee's Tavern

We had a great night at Brycees with it ticking all the boxes. It’s lovely and clean, with friendly and fast service and great live music. The food was delicious, with us all ordering a variety of meals at our table. The standout entree for me was the popcorn chicken and chips and the main was the chilli garlic prawns. Yum!!!! We will definitely be back.

Had a awesome night there. Food was fabulous 👌 soup, lamb shanks and nachos cooked to perfection. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been here several times for brekky, dinner and drinks and it has impressed me every time.
Even when it’s busy, the staff (most are young but have been well trained - kudos to management ✌🏻) are friendly and accommodating. The food has been bloody sensational both for brekky and dinner!
My pick for brekky is the Brekky Turkish - comes with everything you want AND 2 hash browns on the side! Everything a food fat man wants (me!)!
Dinner either a steak or the roast & veggies I had on a Thursday night.
Live music on Fridays at a minimum and he place has a great atmosphere and a lovely fireplace in the middle of the venue.

** I would suggest booking on busy nights to secure a table as it can be very busy **

Well worth a visit in to experience it and support a local venue!

We often pop in for lunch here - they do amazing yummy loaded wedges. Affordable and friendly service!

Edit: Their new menu longer does the loaded wedges…..so sad 😢.

Very welcoming atmosphere, it was great to hear live music and have a cold one. Very easy to find and convenient for a quick bite.

Always good to find a local that has Guinness on tap!

Thank you to all the team at Brycee’s for making my party amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious and the venue was the perfect size for 80 people.

Loved coming down to our local for parma and steak nights. But there takeaway menu at the moment is just as good especially there burgers! The Lance Frankland burger was delicious.

Kind service, great food and so clean! Will definitely be coming back.

This is our second recent visit. There is a good selection on the menu and the staff are very friendly. Our soup and mains were delicious, served hot and in generous portions. A great place to meet up with family and friends.

Popped in for a quick dinner on Tuesday night. Happened to be steak night. Being a past hospitality worker, I’m always dubious about ordering steak when out but the scotch fillet did not disappoint! Dining partner had the T-Bone and it ended up being an argument over whose was better. Thanks for a great dinner, we will be back another time for pot and parma night. Great atmosphere, helpful staff and loved the fire.

Excellent food and service, with attention to detail, good portions and affordable options. 😊 Nice ambience and a clean and cozy feel. Will happily return and reccomend them to anyone in the area looking for lunch/brunch.

Was a lovely ambiance. Wood fire, crispy clean, all types of seating arrangements, beautifully set up for a 60th Birthday tonight, wonderful service and they had live music last night. I can't wait to visit again for a meal or all day breakfast on Sundays.

Very good indeed. Funky place, albeit a little old style wise, but cool in that it is both a bar and a Cafe. Very different and quite unexpected.

First time and I was there for a quick bite with a mate, is both sharing a ploughman's plater which was great. Likewise the coffee.

Mooroolbark isn't the most modern or chic shopping centres, that's for sure, however this place does its bit in trying to make up for it.

Cozy place with an open fire place, great service.

Great place to catch up with mates and have a pint with friendly people. I try to do it a couple of times a week.
