Fantastic staff that do their best under really challenging circumstances

I was a little intimidated by the reviews, however when I went there I was treated with respect and I was in and out in twenty minutes, I don't know what everyone else is on about.

Phoning: Infuriating recorded answering service hangs up on me without any satisfactory direction. Directs me to another number with engaged signal and so on in useless circle.
In person is better ,yet long wait even with few clients. Appointments conducted at open plan desk instead of private room which makes for exposed, rushed feeling.

Pathetic Standard of Service.
Run by people who have never run their own business & would not survive out of a government department

What a horrible place. They ask you on the phone to treat their employees with respect however it seems it doesnt have to go the other way either. The lady I dealt with today was just pure rude from the time I said hello. The attitude on her was disgraceful and didnt want to listen to anything I said. She even had the gaul to insult me saying I sit around and do nothing before even getting the facts of my situation.... its so frustrating dealing with these attitudes and there is nothing you can do about it. If you dont like your job and dont want to deal with the public get a new job and stop pouring your attitude onto others. Pure miserable....

My pay did not go in because the earnings of $100 a fortnight didn't register properly. I'm an age pensioner. Only income my pension. No food money of rent money now for a week. Disgusting

I handed in a claim for a PAID doctors account over 3 and half weeks ago and am still waiting for the rebate to be deposited into my account. Two weeks ago a different doctor lodged a claim and his cheque arrived today !!! Come on sorry but as a pensioner I need the rebate a lot more than a doctor needed his.

Was on hold for 54 min then was abruptly disconnected! Tried to call back and could not even be connected to an operator. If I could give ZERO STARS that would still be one more than what this service is worth. Total waste of time.

Nothing more than a shop front for the MyGov website. The staff cant help you update or make changes to your account, they just redirect you to the MyGov website. If you hand in a form here they dont process it it just gets sent off to Melbourne to be processed.

I came in person as I called Medicare 6 times and nothing has been done. But staff here just told me to keep calling and my issue can only be solved online. What’s the point to have an office then?

Absolutely horrible experience today !
The customer service is disgusting to say the least and the way they treated me and spoke to me was appalling I went In to ENQUIRE about something for my daughters day care ,instead they had me sitting in front of a computer not even listening to what I was asking and barking orders at me over my shoulder !!!

I'm not sure if they think there above the general public but from were I stand I can certainly say you are not !!!!

Don't bother calling. In person is good other than the waiting times

The phone lines are always busy they need a call back system rather than putting you on hold for over half an hour or so

Useless recorded services. The worst hands down. Easy way to make someone frustrated.
