Walking into this establishment you can immediately feel the friendliness from staff and the comfortable environment they’ve created here is refreshing. Baked goods are delicious - safe to say it’s the best pepper pie I’ve had this year.
The lady behind the counter was lovely. Just a really good place to sit and eat.

The caramel slice was one of the best I have ever had, took my back to my childhood memories, thanks.

Objectively the only thing I can think of to make them better would be to have a slightly browner caramel and a bit more of it.

Lovely milkshakes and delicious vanilla slices

This is the best bakery in our area of DROUIN VICTORIA and surrounding areas. We have found that the food here is so fresh and delicious and home made every day that we are now going just for the delicious coffee and the wonderful service and great food and banter with the best staff you can get. I ❤ this place as do many people, as it is always full of life in and around the bakery for the food and the lovely family who runs it. They love to see their customers, who are fast becoming like family to them and they love to have a joke with you and keep you smiling 😃. If you are passing through and feeling like a break, then do yourself a favour and pop in for a coffee or a wonderful snack and see just how wonderful this little family bakery is, you will be sure to find yourself coming back for more 😊

Can confidently say you'll get the best sausage rolls in Drouin here. Nice spot for a quick feed, service always excellent.

We were trying to organise catering for a funeral and from the moment we walked in, they were friendly and welcoming and extremely accommodating! Gave us a full rundown of our options and on the day, the slices, quiches, sandwiches were delicious and fresh, with lots of variety. We couldn't thank them enough, especially for their kindness and enthusiasm.

We were welcomed as we entered and sat down to a lovely coffee and a delicious French vanilla slice.
Whilst the decor is a little dated, it's clean and does the job.
We will definitely be dropping in again when in the vicinity.

Popped in when all others were closed/closing in Drouin 3pm last Sunday. Oh my goodness the pies were delicious & pastry was buttery & we just wanted more!! We will be back next time we are in town. Might even organise a bulk order & go for a drive to get them. Highly recommend.

How amazing it is to still be able to receive excellent customer service in the times that we are in. I can see why this bakery is rated so highly. Staff interaction with regulars & new customers alike needs to be recognised here! They looked after us from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Food was fresh & very yummy. Always friendly and great service

Great coffee, delicious food AND they make up sandwiches, and lovely people.

We got there on the later end of the day, still some yummy treats to choose from. All the general bakery stuff, bread, cakes, sandwhichs but also hot food pies sausage rolls and fried food too. Plenty of drinks to choose from. I did see a coffee machien too. The staff were all to kind and helpful might i add patient with me while choosing.
We will definitely call past here again.

Best bakery in Drouin, hands down. Great pies, cakes (especially the custard tarts), and the owners are the friendliest people you will ever meet.

You get greeted with hello as you enter and a goodbye when you leave excellent customer service they make a great cappuccino they have a good range of food I love there pies and pastrys highly recommend

You need to eat in to get the full experience, the service - especially banter - is great.
